【摘要】：西部中介市場中存在的諸多問題,是西部資本市場發(fā)展的主要障礙之一。解決這些問題,應(yīng)在明晰中介機構(gòu)產(chǎn)權(quán)關(guān)系和“責(zé)、權(quán)、利”關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,建立中介機構(gòu)的自我約束機制和外部約束機制;建立對申請上市公司和已上市公司的再審計制度;實行中介機構(gòu)定期更換制度;鼓勵和引導(dǎo)中介機構(gòu)“上規(guī)�！�、上水平,并積極穩(wěn)妥地向東部發(fā)達地區(qū)及國外開放中介服務(wù)市場。
[Abstract]:The problems existing in the intermediary market in the western region are one of the main obstacles to the development of the western capital market. To solve these problems, we should make clear the relationship between the property rights of the intermediary institutions and the relationship between "responsibility, right and interest". Establishing self-restraint mechanism and external restraint mechanism of intermediary organization; To establish a re-audit system for listed companies and listed companies; To implement the system of regular replacement of intermediary institutions; To encourage and guide the intermediary organizations to "scale up", and to actively and steadily open the intermediary service market to the eastern developed regions and foreign countries.
