摘要：

通過對湖北省保險營銷員生存狀況進行調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前保險營銷員存在整體素質(zhì)不佳、穩(wěn)定性差、福利缺失、競爭力不強等問題,從營銷員法律身份、行業(yè)競爭和激勵機制等方面分析了問題產(chǎn)生的原因,提出營銷員制度的改革需從明確營銷員法律身份、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營管理理念、加強保險教育監(jiān)管等多渠道、多層次穩(wěn)步推進。

Abstract： 

Based on survey of living conditions of insurance salesmen in Hubei province,this paper concludes that there are such problems as overall poor quality,poor stability,welfare loss and lack of competitiveness for insurance salesmen.This paper also analyzes the reasons leading to the above problems from the aspects of legal status of insurance salesmen,industrial competition and incentive mechanism.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to reform insurance agency system,including confirming legal identity of insurance salesmen,changing management idea and strengthening the supervision of insurance education.
