【摘要】：在我國(guó)大時(shí)代的發(fā)展下,中小型水產(chǎn)企業(yè)在整體經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下彰顯突出,其市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略尤為重要,是企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,是保護(hù)每個(gè)員工利益的需要,是保證ISO9001:2000質(zhì)量體系和HACCP食品安全性預(yù)防體系正常運(yùn)行的需要,要求水產(chǎn)企業(yè)的每個(gè)員工認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)本企業(yè)管理制度井認(rèn)真執(zhí)行。在這期間,水產(chǎn)企業(yè)為結(jié)合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)情況,需要不斷擬定很多有關(guān)規(guī)定和管理制度,這些規(guī)章規(guī)定和制度逐步得到了廣泛的認(rèn)可和遵守。
[Abstract]:Under the great development of our country, the small and medium-sized aquatic products enterprises are outstanding in the overall economic situation, their marketing strategy is especially important, it is the need of enterprise development and the need to protect the interests of every employee. In order to ensure the normal operation of ISO9001:2000 quality system and HACCP food safety prevention system, every employee of aquatic enterprise is required to study the management system of this enterprise and implement it seriously. During this period, in order to combine the actual production and operation, aquatic enterprises need to draw up a lot of relevant regulations and management systems, and these regulations and systems have gradually been widely recognized and complied with.
