電力營銷客戶檔案管理信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著“三集五大”改革不斷推進(jìn),對(duì)電力企業(yè)的管理要求也越來越高。針對(duì)電力營銷的客戶檔案管理工作也應(yīng)不斷地推陳出新,加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范電力營銷檔案的管理,從而提高營銷工作的效率以及現(xiàn)代化管理水平,使電力營銷檔案更好的為企業(yè)營銷工作服務(wù),滿足“大營銷”管理模式的需要。作為電力公司與電力客戶直接打交道的營銷部門,應(yīng)該提高自身服務(wù)水平為廣大電力客戶服務(wù)。本論文從電力企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),提出了如何來實(shí)現(xiàn)電力營銷客戶檔案管理系統(tǒng),并提出系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。針對(duì)目前電力公司營銷客戶檔案存在營銷客戶資料純手工管理存在的問題,實(shí)體管理較為復(fù)雜、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)分散、無法進(jìn)行全面分析、工作效率低的實(shí)際問題出發(fā),提出了包含檔案管理基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫和規(guī)范營銷客戶檔案的收集、整理、借閱等日常工作的信息化管理系統(tǒng)。主要研究內(nèi)容包括:開展檔案管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求及非業(yè)務(wù)需求的調(diào)研和分析;利用軟件設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能及數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì);完成檔案管理系統(tǒng)的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)及測試。本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)營銷客戶檔案管理的特點(diǎn),提出了建設(shè)集中式的營銷客戶檔案管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)使用成熟的Java技術(shù)、Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫構(gòu)建了現(xiàn)代化的營銷客戶檔案管理系統(tǒng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了營銷客戶檔案添加、移交、整理、歸檔及借閱管理于一體的系統(tǒng)功能。通過本系統(tǒng)可以快速進(jìn)行營銷檔案的日常管理工作,員工通過系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)在線查閱客戶檔案資料情況,從而提高了營銷客戶檔案管理工作的規(guī)范和效率,并為營銷檔案管理工作提供了原始資料科學(xué)化管理,通過系統(tǒng)的全面使用,可以有效地提高電力企業(yè)的客戶檔案服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:Along with the reform of "three sets and five big", the management requirement of electric power enterprise is higher and higher. In view of the customer file management of electric power marketing, we should constantly bring forth the old and bring forth new ones, strengthen and standardize the management of electric power marketing archives, so as to improve the efficiency of marketing work and the level of modern management. Make the electric power marketing file better serve for the enterprise marketing work, meet the needs of the "big marketing" management mode. As the marketing department of electric power company dealing with electric power customers directly, it should improve its service level to serve the majority of electric power customers. Based on the actual situation of electric power enterprises, this paper puts forward how to realize the power marketing customer file management system, and puts forward the technical realization scheme of the system. Aiming at the problems of pure manual management of marketing customer data in the marketing customer file of electric power company at present, the entity management is more complicated, the data storage is scattered, can not be comprehensively analyzed, and the work efficiency is low. This paper puts forward an information management system which includes the basic database of archives management and the collection, collation and borrowing of marketing customer files. The main research contents include: carrying out the investigation and analysis of the business and non-business requirements of the archives management system; designing the functions and databases of the system by using the software design method; completing the function realization and testing of the archives management system. According to the characteristics of marketing customer file management, this system puts forward the construction of centralized marketing customer file management system. This system uses the mature Java technology, the Oracle database has constructed the modernized marketing customer file management system. The system functions of adding, transferring, arranging, archiving and borrowing management of marketing customer files are realized. Through the system, the daily management of marketing archives can be carried out quickly, and the staff can access the customer files online through the system, thus improving the standardization and efficiency of the management of marketing customer files. It also provides scientific management of original data for marketing archives management. Through the comprehensive use of the system, the customer file service level of electric power enterprises can be effectively improved.
