電力營銷體系中客戶檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:客戶檔案信息管理工作的質(zhì)量與效率對于電力企業(yè)的營銷業(yè)務有著重要影響,本文對國家電網(wǎng)永州市電業(yè)局客戶檔案資料信息管理系統(tǒng)展開研究,設計并實現(xiàn)了一個基于B/S架構的營銷客戶檔案信息管理平臺。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)基于B/S架構,采用ASP.NET、C#和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)技術,,采用軟件工程相關理論與方法進行了完整的需求分析、功能設計、功能實現(xiàn)和功能測試。 針對永州市電業(yè)局提出的需求,希望系統(tǒng)滿足當前海量客戶檔案數(shù)據(jù)基礎管理功能的基礎上,能夠為電力公司的其他信息平臺提供業(yè)務決策基礎數(shù)據(jù)。本文在設計工作中重點突出了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力,采用模塊化的設計思想對系統(tǒng)所需實現(xiàn)的數(shù)據(jù)處理功能進行劃分,各模塊之間實現(xiàn)了功能獨立,并通過功能接口調(diào)用和數(shù)據(jù)交互來實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的檔案信息管理功能。 在對電力客戶檔案資料數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計處理中,采用了改進型的K-means算法進行了處理,改進后的算法可以對分布高度不規(guī)則的電力客戶檔案資料數(shù)據(jù)進行準確地聚類處理,能夠提高系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析結(jié)果的正確性,促進電力企業(yè)在電力營銷決策過程中的有效性與正確性。 測試表明,系統(tǒng)在功能模塊方面涵蓋了客戶檔案資料信息日常管理業(yè)務中的基礎設置、收集整理、存檔管理、信息查詢檢索、統(tǒng)計分析等方面,可以為內(nèi)部員工與客戶提供完善的檔案信息管理功能接口,滿足了電力企業(yè)營銷客戶檔案資料信息的基本管理需求,同時在技術與理論層面進行了部分創(chuàng)新與探索,對于我國電力企業(yè)營銷客戶檔案信息管理工作的信息化與數(shù)字化進程有著一定的借鑒與促進意義。
[Abstract]:The quality and efficiency of customer file information management have an important impact on the marketing business of electric power enterprises. This paper studies the customer file information management system of State Grid Yongzhou Electric Power Bureau. A marketing customer file information management platform based on B / S architecture is designed and implemented. The system development is based on the B / S architecture, using ASP.NET,C# and SQL Server database development technology, software engineering theory and methods to complete the requirements analysis, function design, function realization and function testing. According to the demand of Yongzhou Electric Power Bureau, it is hoped that the system can provide the basic data of business decision for other information platforms of electric power company on the basis of meeting the basic management function of massive customer file data. In this paper, the data processing ability of the system is emphasized in the design work, and the data processing function of the system is divided by the modular design idea, and the function independence is realized among the modules. The file information management function of the system is realized through function interface call and data exchange. In the statistical processing of electric power customer file data, the improved K-means algorithm is used to deal with it. The improved algorithm can accurately cluster the data of power customer file data with highly irregular distribution. It can improve the correctness of the statistical analysis results of the system and promote the validity and correctness of electric power enterprises in the process of power marketing decision. The test results show that the system covers the basic setting, collection and arrangement, archival management, information query and retrieval, statistical analysis and so on. It can provide internal employees and customers with a perfect functional interface of archival information management, which meets the basic management needs of marketing customer archival information in electric power enterprises. At the same time, some innovations and explorations are carried out on the technical and theoretical level. It has certain reference and promotion significance for the information and digitization process of marketing customer file information management in electric power enterprises of our country.
