【摘要】：以醫(yī)師多點(diǎn)執(zhí)業(yè)為政策背景,闡述醫(yī)生集團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)SWOT分析方法,剖析醫(yī)生集團(tuán)內(nèi)部、外部環(huán)境,探討醫(yī)生集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,如配套政策支持、規(guī)范與監(jiān)管、差異化營(yíng)銷策略、專業(yè)化管理、引入融資機(jī)制等,以期為醫(yī)生集團(tuán)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the policy background of doctors' multi-point practice, this paper expounds the development course and present situation of doctors' group, analyzes the internal and external environment of doctors' group through SWOT analysis method, and probes into the development strategy of doctors' group, such as supporting policy, standardizing and supervising. Differentiation marketing strategy, specialized management, introduction of financing mechanism, in order to provide a reference for the sustainable development of the doctor group.
