基于M構(gòu)架理論的ZX銀行信息化發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷創(chuàng)新和應(yīng)用,信息大爆炸和大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代逐步來臨,信息開始作為企業(yè)一種核心資源越來越受到各類組織關(guān)注,如何有效挖掘關(guān)鍵信息,如何有效識別關(guān)鍵信息,如何有效利用關(guān)鍵信息,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今各類企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和增強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)力的關(guān)鍵任務(wù),面對充斥著大量信息的企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、經(jīng)營模式、營銷渠道、新技術(shù)的運(yùn)用、管理方法都將面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和劇烈的影響,信息化的發(fā)展也將成為企業(yè)未來很長一段時(shí)間內(nèi)的重要工作。通過信息化的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用,必將會為企業(yè)獲取核心競爭優(yōu)勢,提升創(chuàng)新能力帶來巨大的幫助。作為資本密集型和知識密集型雙重屬性的銀行,在強(qiáng)調(diào)資本運(yùn)作,提高資本效率的同時(shí),以信息化為代表的知識、智力和創(chuàng)新已不容無視,隨著我國市場利率改革的不斷深入,未來銀行將面臨巨大的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn),以利率差為主要盈利手段的模式將發(fā)生深刻的變化,創(chuàng)新和服務(wù)將成為金融為未來發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,因此,如何有效促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量,這些都將有賴于信息化的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用。同時(shí),為了順應(yīng)這一行業(yè)趨勢,作為銀行信息化建設(shè)與管理人員也必須對組織內(nèi)部的信息化建設(shè)給予充分的重視,通過明確企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,吸收和研發(fā)相關(guān)信息化建設(shè)技術(shù)和方案,為組織的核心競爭力提供相應(yīng)的保障和支持,這些都將是銀行信息化建設(shè)者和管理者亟待解決的問題和主要任務(wù)。這將是本文研究的主要意義所在。本文通過對信息化建設(shè)相關(guān)理論的整理和分析,運(yùn)用M構(gòu)建理論對ZX銀行的信息進(jìn)行了分類處理,結(jié)合ZX銀行信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀對存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,希從問題產(chǎn)生的原因入手,重新梳理ZX銀行信息化建設(shè)過程總的關(guān)鍵因素,并建立相應(yīng)的輔助管理措施,已達(dá)到完善和補(bǔ)充ZX銀行信息化建設(shè),為ZX銀行信息化建設(shè)提供決策支持和制度保障。本文希望以ZX銀行信息化建設(shè)為例,通過對信息化相關(guān)理論的學(xué)習(xí)和以往文獻(xiàn)的研究,識別出ZX銀行信息化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題和成因,以便制定出符合ZX銀行信息化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的可執(zhí)行方案。本文主要內(nèi)容包括6大部分,第一部分為緒論,首先對信息化背景進(jìn)行描述、指出本文的研究意義,再介紹本文的研究方法和技術(shù)路線,而后提出本文的研究問題和可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分為理論綜述,通過對信息化建設(shè)相關(guān)理論的回顧和學(xué)習(xí),結(jié)合ZX銀行信息化建設(shè)的實(shí)際情況,選擇適合ZX銀行信息化建設(shè)和管理的知道理論,而后通過對以往文獻(xiàn)的整理和研究,提出本文關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題。第三部分為問題及成因分析,通過運(yùn)用SWOT分析對ZX銀行的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行評價(jià),從而發(fā)展ZX銀行在發(fā)展過程中所具備的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、面對的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),并因此為切入點(diǎn)提出ZX銀行信息化建設(shè)存在的問題和成因。第四部分為信息化建設(shè)關(guān)鍵要素和指標(biāo)選擇研究,通過將信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行分類,提煉出每項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo),從而為信息化建設(shè)的落地提供科學(xué)、客觀、合理的評價(jià)體系。第五部分為政策建議和優(yōu)化策略,進(jìn)一步通過相關(guān)管理手段完善和改進(jìn)ZX銀行信息化建設(shè)和管理。第六部分為結(jié)論部分,在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上指出未來研究趨勢和本文可能存在的不足,為今后的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
