BV中國競爭戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的日益發(fā)展、人民生活水平的不斷提高,產(chǎn)品質量安全、生活健康水平、企業(yè)生產(chǎn)安全性以及社會環(huán)境保護等方面的問題正受到越來越多人們的關注,檢測行業(yè)的重要性也越來越得以顯現(xiàn)。2014年,我國國務院下發(fā)了《關于整合檢驗檢測認證機構實施意見的通知》,通知中明確了要不斷推進我國檢驗檢測行業(yè)的事業(yè)單位改革和轉企改制的進程。自此,我國檢驗檢測行業(yè)的競爭格局已被轉變,我國第三方檢測行業(yè)的競爭已經(jīng)變得更加激烈,BV中國作為檢測行業(yè)中的一員,如何在新的競爭形勢中,不斷利用自身優(yōu)勢保持有利的競爭地位則成為亟需研究的問題。本文正是在此背景下對BV中國進行了全方位的分析,文章利用PEST分析法對BV中國的外部宏觀環(huán)境進行了分析研究,明確了企業(yè)所在行業(yè)的宏觀形勢;利用波特的五力模型對BV中國的內部微觀環(huán)境進行了分析研究,明確了其自身的優(yōu)勢劣勢以及其市場競爭形勢;結合內外部分析結果,通過SWOT分析法,總結了BV中國的綜合競爭環(huán)境,還利用EFE、IFE. CMP以及QSPM矩陣的方法,對BV中國內外部環(huán)境進行了量化分析,使得分析結果更加具有說服力;隨后,綜合上述研究結果,本文提出了BV中國應對第三方檢驗檢測機構整合的競爭戰(zhàn)略,并明確指出增長型戰(zhàn)略是BV中國競爭戰(zhàn)略的必然選擇;最后,本文論述了競爭戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施,包括優(yōu)化組織結構、引進高級人才、完善激勵機制、提高營銷能力、加強客戶關系管理、加快技術創(chuàng)新。本文希望通過對BV中國的案例研究,促進BV中國戰(zhàn)略管理系統(tǒng)的完善,為BV中國未來健康、長遠的發(fā)展提供參考,并為其它第三方檢測企業(yè)應對我國第三方檢測機構整合的競爭提供思路。
[Abstract]:With the increasing development of economic globalization and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, more and more people are paying attention to the problems of product quality safety, living health level, enterprise production safety and social environment protection and so on. The importance of the testing industry is also growing. In 2014, The State Council of our country has issued the notice on the implementation opinion of the Integrated Inspection and Inspection Certification Organization, in which it is clear that the reform of institutions in the inspection and testing industry and the process of transforming enterprises into enterprises should be continuously promoted. Since then, the competitive pattern of the inspection and testing industry in China has been changed, and the competition in the third party testing industry has become more intense. How to take BV as a member of the testing industry, how to be in the new competitive situation? Constantly using their own advantages to maintain a favorable competitive position is a problem that needs to be studied. Under this background, this paper makes an all-around analysis of BV China, analyzes the external macro environment of BV China by using PEST analysis method, and clarifies the macro situation of the industry in which the enterprise is located. This paper analyzes and studies BV's internal micro environment by using Porter's five forces model, clarifies its own advantages and disadvantages and its market competition situation, combines the results of internal and external analysis, and adopts SWOT analysis method. The comprehensive competitive environment of BV China is summarized, and EFE IFE is also used. The methods of CMP and QSPM matrix are used to quantitatively analyze the internal and external environment of BV in China, which makes the results more convincing. This paper puts forward the competitive strategy that BV China should integrate with third-party inspection and testing institutions, and points out that the growth strategy is the inevitable choice of BV China's competition strategy. It includes optimizing organization structure, introducing senior talents, perfecting incentive mechanism, improving marketing ability, strengthening customer relationship management and speeding up technological innovation. This paper hopes to promote the improvement of BV China's strategic management system through the case study of BV China, and provide reference for BV China's healthy and long-term development in the future. It also provides ideas for other third-party testing enterprises to compete with the third-party inspection organizations in our country.
