BV中國競爭戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing development of economic globalization and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, more and more people are paying attention to the problems of product quality safety, living health level, enterprise production safety and social environment protection and so on. The importance of the testing industry is also growing. In 2014, The State Council of our country has issued the notice on the implementation opinion of the Integrated Inspection and Inspection Certification Organization, in which it is clear that the reform of institutions in the inspection and testing industry and the process of transforming enterprises into enterprises should be continuously promoted. Since then, the competitive pattern of the inspection and testing industry in China has been changed, and the competition in the third party testing industry has become more intense. How to take BV as a member of the testing industry, how to be in the new competitive situation? Constantly using their own advantages to maintain a favorable competitive position is a problem that needs to be studied. Under this background, this paper makes an all-around analysis of BV China, analyzes the external macro environment of BV China by using PEST analysis method, and clarifies the macro situation of the industry in which the enterprise is located. This paper analyzes and studies BV's internal micro environment by using Porter's five forces model, clarifies its own advantages and disadvantages and its market competition situation, combines the results of internal and external analysis, and adopts SWOT analysis method. The comprehensive competitive environment of BV China is summarized, and EFE IFE is also used. The methods of CMP and QSPM matrix are used to quantitatively analyze the internal and external environment of BV in China, which makes the results more convincing. This paper puts forward the competitive strategy that BV China should integrate with third-party inspection and testing institutions, and points out that the growth strategy is the inevitable choice of BV China's competition strategy. It includes optimizing organization structure, introducing senior talents, perfecting incentive mechanism, improving marketing ability, strengthening customer relationship management and speeding up technological innovation. This paper hopes to promote the improvement of BV China's strategic management system through the case study of BV China, and provide reference for BV China's healthy and long-term development in the future. It also provides ideas for other third-party testing enterprises to compete with the third-party inspection organizations in our country.
