【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在全球的普及以及廣泛應(yīng)用,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融應(yīng)運(yùn)而生并迅速發(fā)展起來(lái),網(wǎng)上銀行、手機(jī)銀行、第三方支付、“寶寶”類理財(cái)產(chǎn)品、P2P網(wǎng)貸等金融創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)在我國(guó)蓬勃發(fā)展,由此形成了一種新的金融模式——互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融商業(yè)模式。目前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的迅猛發(fā)展,對(duì)金融機(jī)構(gòu)尤其是銀行業(yè)的沖擊已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)出來(lái),未來(lái)隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展不斷壯大,將會(huì)與商業(yè)銀行展開(kāi)更加激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),甚至改變銀行業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和運(yùn)行格局。論文在對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)受到的影響進(jìn)行分析之后,對(duì)X商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文提出了銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)面對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的沖擊的對(duì)策和建議:第一,加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新。首先要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新經(jīng)營(yíng)思維,重視互聯(lián)網(wǎng)理財(cái)?shù)摹伴L(zhǎng)尾效應(yīng)”,開(kāi)展普惠金融;其次是針對(duì)中小客戶的理財(cái)需求,創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。第二,提升產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷水平,靈活調(diào)整互聯(lián)網(wǎng)理財(cái)收益,加強(qiáng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)理財(cái)渠道,充分運(yùn)用“兩微”營(yíng)銷策略。第三,加強(qiáng)人員素質(zhì)建設(shè),對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)與考核。第四,進(jìn)一步完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)引入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)之后,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)勢(shì)必加大,因此要將對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)的監(jiān)管納入到銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的整個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理之中。第五,強(qiáng)化技術(shù)支持。首先展開(kāi)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融平臺(tái)的合作,利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)開(kāi)展理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù);其次是優(yōu)化操作平臺(tái),提高交易的便捷性;最后利用大數(shù)據(jù)分析,針對(duì)用戶需求進(jìn)行營(yíng)銷。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下,商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)只有順應(yīng)市場(chǎng)變化,變革業(yè)務(wù)模式,創(chuàng)新服務(wù)理念,更好更快地滿足客戶需求,才能在這場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中迎難而上,鞏固市場(chǎng)地位。
[Abstract]:With the popularity and wide application of the Internet in the world, Internet finance has emerged and developed rapidly. Internet banking, mobile banking, third-party payment, Financial innovation business such as Peer-to-Peer loan (P2P), a kind of financial product of "Bao Bao", is booming in China, and a new financial model, Internet financial business model, has been formed. At present, with the rapid development of Internet finance, the impact on financial institutions, especially the banking sector, has been revealed. In the future, with the continuous development of Internet finance, more fierce competition will be launched with commercial banks. Even to change the banking business model and operational pattern. After analyzing the influence of the financial management business of commercial banks under the background of Internet finance, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the personal finance business of X commercial bank, and on this basis, The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of bank financial business facing the impact of Internet finance: first, strengthen business innovation. First of all, we should innovate management thinking, attach importance to the "long tail effect" of Internet financing, and develop inclusive finance; secondly, we should aim at the financial needs of small and medium-sized customers and innovate product design. Second, improve the level of product marketing, adjust the income of Internet financing flexibly, strengthen the channels of Internet financing, and make full use of "two micro" marketing strategies. Third, strengthen the construction of personnel quality, Internet financial personal finance business related personnel training and assessment. Fourth, further improve risk management. After the introduction of commercial bank financial services into the Internet platform, the risks are bound to increase, so the supervision of the Internet platform should be brought into the whole risk management of banking business. Fifth, strengthen technical support. First, the cooperation with the Internet financial platform, using the Internet platform to carry out financial business; secondly, optimize the operating platform to improve the convenience of transactions; finally, use big data analysis, marketing to meet the needs of users. Under the background of Internet finance, only by adapting to the market change, changing the business model, innovating the service idea and satisfying the customer's demand better and faster can commercial banks meet the difficulties and consolidate the market position in this war.
