【摘要】:北京市服務(wù)性消費(fèi)在拉動(dòng)總消費(fèi)增長、促進(jìn)消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)方面日益發(fā)揮重要作用。移動(dòng)互聯(lián)時(shí)代,連接消費(fèi)者的方式成為服務(wù)零售商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的重要方面。本文以出行服務(wù)零售和餐飲服務(wù)零售為例,進(jìn)行移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的服務(wù)零售創(chuàng)新研究。以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維來創(chuàng)新與消費(fèi)者之間的連接方式,以營銷理念指導(dǎo)服務(wù)性商品線下交付過程,實(shí)現(xiàn)線上線下融合發(fā)展是服務(wù)零售創(chuàng)新的方向。
[Abstract]:Beijing's service consumption plays an increasingly important role in stimulating the total consumption growth and promoting the transformation and upgrading of consumption structure. In the era of mobile interconnection, the way to connect consumers has become an important aspect of service retail business model innovation. Taking travel service retailing and catering service retailing as examples, this paper studies the innovation of service retailing in the era of mobile internet. It is the direction of service retail innovation to innovate the way of connection with consumers by Internet technology and Internet thinking, to guide the delivery process of service goods under line by marketing idea, and to realize the integration of online and offline development.
