【摘要】：近幾年來,都市農(nóng)業(yè)的興起,給我國市民農(nóng)園找到了很好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,如何在都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的大潮中經(jīng)營好市民農(nóng)園,走出農(nóng)業(yè)自身低效益的困境,顯得尤為重要。在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的大環(huán)境下,實(shí)行多元化經(jīng)營成為市民農(nóng)園發(fā)展的一條途徑。國內(nèi)市民農(nóng)園在借鑒國外市民農(nóng)園發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,也開始逐步向多元化的方向發(fā)展,并形成了一些自身的特色。本論文通過對(duì)市民農(nóng)園多元化經(jīng)營方面的研究,找出了市民農(nóng)園多元化經(jīng)營方面的思路,目的是為市民農(nóng)園的發(fā)展提供理論實(shí)踐指導(dǎo),從而促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展和城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展。本文首先總結(jié)出了市民農(nóng)園的概念以及相關(guān)內(nèi)容,對(duì)市民農(nóng)園在國外的發(fā)展和我國市民農(nóng)園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了論述。然后對(duì)市民農(nóng)園進(jìn)行多元化經(jīng)營的內(nèi)因和外因進(jìn)行了分析,而后對(duì)市民農(nóng)園如何進(jìn)行多元化經(jīng)營進(jìn)行論述,最后通過國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的小毛驢市民農(nóng)園如何多元化經(jīng)營結(jié)束全篇。第一章概括了本文的研究意義、研究目的、研究思路,并對(duì)國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)做了綜述；第二章解釋了市民農(nóng)園的相關(guān)概念和多元化的理論基礎(chǔ)；第三章介紹了市民農(nóng)園在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過列舉上海、廣州、西安、成都等城市的市民農(nóng)園,重點(diǎn)介紹了國內(nèi)市民農(nóng)園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；第四章從分散分險(xiǎn)和尋找經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)等四個(gè)方面的內(nèi)因,利潤吸引、優(yōu)越的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境四個(gè)方面的外因,分析了市民農(nóng)園為什么要實(shí)行多元化經(jīng)營；第五章是本文的重點(diǎn),從投資主體和人力的投入、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品深加工和休閑培訓(xùn)等多產(chǎn)業(yè)組合、體驗(yàn)、電商等多手段營銷的角度提出了市民農(nóng)園多元化經(jīng)營的具體思路,同時(shí)還提出了多元化經(jīng)營過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的問題,接下來以北京市小毛驢市民農(nóng)園的經(jīng)營案例證明上述多元化思路的可行性,最后做出總結(jié),對(duì)全文的觀點(diǎn)和結(jié)論進(jìn)行了梳理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rise of urban agriculture has found a good opportunity for the development of rural gardens in our country. It is particularly important how to run the gardens well in the spring tide of urban agriculture development and get out of the predicament of low benefit of agriculture itself. Under the environment of fierce market competition, diversified management has become a way for the development of farmers' gardens. On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of the development of the foreign citizen farm garden, the domestic citizen farm garden has gradually developed towards the direction of diversification, and has formed some of its own characteristics. In this paper, through the research on the diversification of the citizen farm garden, we find out the ideas of the citizen farm garden diversification management, in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the development of the citizen farm garden. So as to promote the rapid development of rural economy and society and the integration of urban and rural development. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept and related contents of citizen farm garden, and discusses the development of citizen farm garden in foreign countries and the development status of citizen farm garden in our country. Then it analyzes the internal and external causes of the diversified management of the citizen farm garden, and then discusses how to carry out the diversified management of the citizen farm garden, and finally ends the whole article through the domestic leading small donkey farmer garden how to diversify the management. The first chapter summarizes the significance of this paper, research purposes, research ideas, and domestic and foreign literature review, the second chapter explains the concept of civic farming garden and the theoretical basis of diversification; The third chapter introduces the development situation of the citizen farm garden at home and abroad, through enumerating the citizen farm garden of Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Chengdu and so on, has introduced the domestic citizen agriculture garden development present situation emphatically; The fourth chapter analyzes why the citizen farm garden should carry out diversified management from four internal reasons, profit attraction, superior economic environment and so on. Chapter five is the focus of this paper. From the perspective of investment subject and manpower, multi-industry combination of agricultural products deep processing and leisure training, experience, e-commerce and other multi-means marketing, this paper puts forward the concrete ideas of diversified management of citizen farm garden. At the same time, it also puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of diversification, and then proves the feasibility of the pluralistic thinking with the case of Beijing small donkey citizen farm garden. Finally, it summarizes the views and conclusions of the full text.
