【摘要】：在國家對鐵路票價管制逐漸放松的背景下,制定兼顧市場供求關(guān)系的票價水平,有利于新線建設(shè)吸引前期投資并實現(xiàn)后期有效運(yùn)營�？紤]既有鐵路、公路的競爭,同時兼顧旅客廣義出行費用,構(gòu)建京津冀城際鐵路票價雙層規(guī)劃模型,以京津冀地區(qū)城際鐵路網(wǎng)中的京石城際鐵路為例進(jìn)行分析,采用靈敏度算法求解并驗證模型的合理性,同時從投融資、營銷、運(yùn)營模式及與市內(nèi)交通協(xié)同方面對京石城際鐵路發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background that the state gradually loosens the control of railway fares, it is advantageous for the construction of new lines to attract early investment and to realize the effective operation in the later stage by establishing the fare level which takes into account the relationship between market supply and demand. Considering the competition of existing railways and highways, and taking into account the general travel cost of passengers, a two-tier model of ticket price planning for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inter-city railway is constructed, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei intercity railway network is taken as an example. The sensitivity algorithm is used to solve and verify the rationality of the model. At the same time, some suggestions on the development of Beijing-Shi inter-city railway are put forward from the aspects of investment and financing, marketing, operation mode and coordination with local transportation.
