【摘要】：鋰離子電池作為新型能源材料之一正處于蓬勃發(fā)展時期。隨著我國鋰電池一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和材料的不斷突破,我國鋰電池產(chǎn)業(yè)雖然起步相對日、美等國家較晚。但在未來幾年有望保持健康快速發(fā)展。我國市場對鋰離子電池的需求量占全球的比重在今后幾年會逐步提高,這主要是由手機、筆記本電腦、移動電源、電動自行車、電動工具、電動汽車以及大型儲能電池等市場決定的,這些下游產(chǎn)業(yè)基本上集中在中國,這些有利因素對于我國鋰離子電池產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展非常有幫助�；诖死玫拇蟓h(huán)境背景下,本文主要以鋰離子聚合物電池生產(chǎn)商LWN公司為藍本,對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外鋰離電池產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)廠商情況以及中小型尺寸鋰離子電池所應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品的國內(nèi)主要市場進行了系統(tǒng)研究分析。在分析推理的過程中綜合運用了SWOT分析,波特五力競爭模型和4P營銷理論等專業(yè)理論知識,結(jié)合LWN公司的自身特點,對項目可行性進行了論證,確定LWN鋰離子聚合物電池的市場定位以及制定產(chǎn)品策略與營銷計劃。最后對預(yù)期收益做了風(fēng)險分析。
[Abstract]:As one of the new energy materials, lithium ion battery is developing rapidly. With the breakthrough of some key technologies and materials of lithium battery in China, the lithium battery industry in our country started relatively late in the United States and other countries. But it is expected to maintain healthy and rapid growth in the next few years. The demand for lithium ion batteries in China's market will gradually increase in the next few years, mainly by mobile phones, laptops, mobile power sources, electric bicycles, and electric tools. These downstream industries are mainly concentrated in China, and these favorable factors are very helpful to the development of lithium ion battery industry in China. Based on this favorable environment, this paper mainly takes LWN Company, a manufacturer of lithium ion polymer batteries, as the blueprint. The status of domestic and foreign manufacturers of lithium ion battery products and the domestic market of small and medium sized lithium ion batteries are systematically studied and analyzed. In the process of analysis and reasoning, the author synthetically applies SWOT analysis, Porter's five-force competition model and 4P marketing theory to prove the feasibility of the project, combined with the characteristics of LWN Company. Determine the market position of LWN Li-ion polymer battery and develop product strategy and marketing plan. At last, the risk analysis of expected income is made.
