【摘要】：公司新聞稿是一種承載著特殊功能的寫作文體。它作為公司與外界溝通的有效手段,對于公司的發(fā)展和品牌形象塑造起著不可替代的促進作用。新聞稿可以在新產(chǎn)品推出時起到重要的宣傳作用,它能高效精確地將公司的最新動態(tài)信息向外傳達,進而幫助公司在激烈的市場競爭中取得先機。是否能成功地將公司的利益和市場的需求相結(jié)合,是判斷新聞稿是否合格的重要標準。完整的結(jié)構(gòu)、清晰的條理和凝練的表達,再加上引人注意的標題和宣傳點就是好的公司新聞稿的基本要素。新聞稿翻譯在大型跨國公司開拓海外市場和成功地進行市場營銷等方面發(fā)揮著非常重要的作用。IBM公司是計算機行業(yè)中世界知名的大型跨國公司,其公司新聞稿所提供的信息對于中國相關(guān)從業(yè)者和關(guān)注計算機行業(yè)動態(tài)的讀者來說具有極大價值。因此,新聞稿的翻譯質(zhì)量影響著新聞稿的信息價值。本翻譯實踐以IBM新聞稿為翻譯材料,希望通過對這一有行業(yè)代表性的研究對象的分析和研究,探索出適于此類翻譯實踐的翻譯策略。本研究報告共分五個部分：第一部分簡要介紹了本研究的背景；第二部分為翻譯項目概述,簡略介紹了本翻譯實踐的背景、要求和目的；第三部分梳理了本文作者翻譯IBM新聞稿的過程,主要從譯前準備、譯中和譯后審校及質(zhì)量評估等環(huán)節(jié)入手對翻譯實際過程進行了介紹；第四部分從IBM新聞稿的詞匯、句式結(jié)構(gòu)和語篇角度入手,探討如何運用目的論指導IBM新聞稿這樣的應用文體翻譯,并結(jié)合實例探討所運用的翻譯策略；在研究報告的結(jié)語部分,作者對整個研究過程進行了概括和總結(jié),進一步闡釋了目的論指導下的科技文本翻譯策略,并指出了研究中存在的不足。
[Abstract]:Company press release is a writing style with special function. As an effective means of communication between the company and the outside world, it plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of the company and shaping its brand image. Press releases can play an important role in the promotion of new products. They can efficiently and accurately convey the latest information of the company and help the company to get the first chance in the fierce market competition. Whether the company's interests and market needs can be successfully combined is an important criterion to judge whether the press release is up to standard. Complete structure, clear organization and concise expression, together with attractive headlines and publicity points, are essential elements of a good company press release. The translation of press releases plays a very important role in the development of overseas markets and successful marketing by large multinational corporations. IBM is a world-renowned large multinational corporation in the computer industry. The information provided by its company press release is of great value to Chinese practitioners and readers who follow developments in the computer industry. Therefore, the translation quality of press releases affects the information value of press releases. This translation practice takes IBM press release as the translation material, hoping to explore the translation strategies suitable for this kind of translation practice through the analysis and study of this representative research object. This research report is divided into five parts: the first part briefly introduces the background of this study, the second part is a summary of translation projects, briefly introduces the background, requirements and purposes of this translation practice; In the third part, the author introduces the process of translating IBM press releases, mainly from the aspects of pre-translation preparation, Chinese and post-translation revision and quality evaluation, etc. The fourth part introduces the vocabulary of IBM press releases. From the perspective of sentence structure and discourse, this paper discusses how to use Skopos Theory to guide the translation of applied styles such as IBM press releases, and discusses the translation strategies used in the conclusion of the research report. The author generalizes and summarizes the whole research process, further explains the translation strategy under the guidance of Skopos theory, and points out the shortcomings of the research.
