【摘要】：隨著國家智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的確定,其最重要的基礎設施智能電表成為智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的重要項目,國家電網(wǎng)公司也根據(jù)自身的發(fā)展需求,制定并發(fā)布了一系列技術條件和規(guī)范。其中抄表終端除了具備計量功能(采用RS485通信或者脈沖方式通信)外,遠程預付費、停電監(jiān)測、控制用戶設備、遠程維護升級等作用,為線損分析和控制大小基礎,形成了為電力客戶遠程監(jiān)控、實時抄表和費控管理為一體的營銷管理新模式。本文設計的目的就是實現(xiàn)帶有無線通信功能的智能抄表系統(tǒng)。本文對遠程自動抄表系統(tǒng)的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展動態(tài)進行了深入研究,也對本課題中用到的相關技術進行了深入的學習與研究,完成遠程預付費抄表終端的具體的硬件設計及軟件實現(xiàn),包括各部分硬件電路的設計與軟件的實現(xiàn),設計了具備GPRS通信接口的預付費抄表終端,此遠程預付費控制終端分為LED顯示管、插卡接口、GPRS通信接口等,該終端上的ESAM卡作為計量單元主要負責計量和對各種計量數(shù)據(jù)進行存儲、統(tǒng)計、分析,能對現(xiàn)場的用電狀況進行分析記錄;而LED顯示管則主要是顯示當前的電量情況,跳閘倒計時燈信息,插卡接口用來提供給用戶的查IC卡的接口,GPRS通信接口用來給用戶發(fā)送提示短信,完成對表計進行實時監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:With the determination of the national smart grid development strategy, its most important infrastructure intelligent meter has become an important item of smart grid development, and the State Grid Company also according to its own development needs. A series of technical conditions and specifications have been formulated and issued. In addition to metering functions (using RS485 communication or pulse communication), remote prepayment, blackout monitoring, control of user equipment, remote maintenance and upgrading, etc. For line loss analysis and control of the size of the basis, formed for the power customer remote monitoring, The aim of this paper is to realize the intelligent meter reading system with wireless communication function. The development of remote automatic meter reading system at home and abroad is deeply studied in this paper. The related technologies used in this subject are also studied and studied in depth, and the specific hardware design and software implementation of the remote prepaid meter reading terminal are completed, including the design of the hardware circuit and the realization of the software. A prepaid meter reading terminal with GPRS communication interface is designed. The remote prepaid control terminal is divided into LED display tube, card interface, GPRS communication interface, etc. The ESAM card on the terminal is mainly responsible for measuring and storing, statistics and analysis of various metering data, and can be used to analyze and record the situation of electricity consumption on the spot, while the LED display tube mainly shows the current electric quantity. The information of tripping countdown lamp, the interface of IC card and GPRS communication interface are used to send short message to the user and monitor the meter in real time.
