基于情報(bào)轉(zhuǎn)化理論的保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員知識(shí)能力提升研究

【摘要】:保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)從業(yè)人員的知識(shí)能力逐漸成為制約保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,作為保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)主體,保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)從業(yè)人員的展業(yè)方式與展業(yè)決策對(duì)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大影響,在實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況中,保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)從業(yè)人員面臨著知識(shí)能力缺失的問(wèn)題具體分為培訓(xùn)課程中知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化能力不足的問(wèn)題以及在運(yùn)營(yíng)產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)會(huì)邀約客戶(hù)時(shí)的確定性缺失問(wèn)題,知識(shí)能力缺失使得保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)從業(yè)人員不能很好的開(kāi)展自己的工作,在制約自身收入的同時(shí)也阻礙著保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)對(duì)保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員實(shí)際開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)狀況的分析,總結(jié)出保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員存在知識(shí)內(nèi)化問(wèn)題與確定性獲取問(wèn)題的原因。通過(guò)對(duì)情報(bào)轉(zhuǎn)化理論的研究,結(jié)合認(rèn)知科學(xué)中知識(shí)內(nèi)化方法與哲學(xué)科學(xué)中的確定性尋求方法及保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員的情報(bào)轉(zhuǎn)化與知識(shí)能力之間的關(guān)系提出解決上述問(wèn)題的方法。其中知識(shí)內(nèi)化包括知識(shí)的同化、順應(yīng)和元認(rèn)知的應(yīng)用;確定性尋求主要涉及方法和步驟,即通過(guò)已有的數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)定初步計(jì)劃并通過(guò)其獲得確定性。然后,通過(guò)太平人壽精準(zhǔn)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)項(xiàng)目中的情報(bào)轉(zhuǎn)化、知識(shí)內(nèi)化以及確定性尋求的解決方法來(lái)驗(yàn)證保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員可以利用上述方法提高自身從數(shù)據(jù)/信息資源中獲取知識(shí)增量與確定性的能力進(jìn)而驗(yàn)證其可以促進(jìn)保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員知識(shí)能力的提升。
[Abstract]:The knowledge ability of insurance practitioners has gradually become the key problem that restricts the development of insurance industry. As the main body of marketing in insurance industry, the development of insurance industry will be greatly influenced by the development of insurance industry.In the actual operation situation, the insurance industry employees are faced with the problem of lack of knowledge ability, which can be divided into the problem of insufficient knowledge conversion ability in training courses and the lack of certainty when operating production and marketing will invite customers.The lack of knowledge and ability makes the insurance industry employees can not carry out their own work well, while restricting their own income, but also hinder the healthy development of the insurance industry.Based on the analysis of the actual business situation of insurance practitioners, this paper summarizes the reasons for the problems of knowledge internalization and deterministic acquisition among insurance practitioners.Through the study of the theory of information transformation, the methods of solving the above problems are put forward by combining the method of knowledge internalization in cognitive science and the deterministic seeking method in philosophical science, and the relationship between the transformation of information and the ability of knowledge of insurance practitioners.The internalization of knowledge includes the assimilation of knowledge, adaptation and the application of metacognition; deterministic seeking mainly involves methods and steps, that is, setting up a preliminary plan through existing data and obtaining certainty through it.Then, through the information transformation in the Taiping Life Precision Marketing Program,Knowledge internalization and deterministic solutions to verify that insurance practitioners can use these methods to improve their ability to obtain knowledge increments and certainty from data / information resources, and thus to verify that they can promote insuranceThe promotion of knowledge and ability of employees.
