【摘要】:長期以來,晉中市的涉外企業(yè)憑借當?shù)鬲毺氐馁Y源稟賦,逐步形成了以煤炭、鋼鐵、化工和玻璃工藝品等為主要載體的傳統(tǒng)資源類對外貿易結構,為當?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟社會發(fā)展做出了不可磨滅的成績。由于種種原因晉中市對煤炭和鋼鐵過于依賴的產業(yè)結構,導致經(jīng)濟結構單一并最終形成了不合理的對外貿易結構,不僅給當?shù)氐馁Y源節(jié)約和生態(tài)保護帶來嚴峻挑戰(zhàn),還促使晉中市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展尤其是對外貿易發(fā)展很容易受到外部環(huán)境的制約。本文正是基于這樣的時代背景,系統(tǒng)研究晉中市涉外企業(yè)核心競爭力的提升問題,探尋新時期晉中市對外貿易發(fā)展的趨勢和對策。晉中市涉外企業(yè)提高核心競爭力要立足于當?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟發(fā)展實際,著力在企業(yè)文化、人力資源、創(chuàng)新能力、組織管理能力、市場營銷能力、戰(zhàn)略管理能力等方面發(fā)力,從而增強當?shù)厣嫱馄髽I(yè)的比較優(yōu)勢,著力提升對外貿易產品的附加值,堅持高端引領、循序漸進和政企協(xié)作的原則穩(wěn)步推進,逐步從“三高一低”的傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式向“四倍躍遷”的現(xiàn)代發(fā)展模式過渡,重點在技術創(chuàng)新、內部管理、品牌經(jīng)營和市場營銷等方面開展工作。要更新企業(yè)管理理念,創(chuàng)新企業(yè)管理模式,將有限的人力、財力、物力等戰(zhàn)略性資源科學配置到企業(yè)管理之中,進一步完善企業(yè)組織架構,優(yōu)化企業(yè)管理機制,培育和打造一支高素質的人力資源隊伍,從而為提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力提供強有力的組織保障和人才支撐。
[Abstract]:For a long time, foreign enterprises in Jinzhong have gradually formed the foreign trade structure of traditional resources with coal, iron and steel, chemical industry and glass handicrafts as the main carriers, depending on the unique local resource endowment. It has made indelible achievements for the local economic and social development. Due to various reasons, Jinzhong City is too dependent on the industrial structure of coal and iron and steel, leading to a single economic structure and ultimately forming an unreasonable foreign trade structure. It not only brings severe challenges to the conservation of local resources and ecological protection, but also promotes the economic development of Jinzhong City, especially the development of foreign trade, which is easily restricted by the external environment. This paper systematically studies the promotion of the core competence of foreign enterprises in Jinzhong City, and explores the trend and countermeasures of the development of foreign trade in Jinzhong City in the new period. The improvement of core competitiveness of foreign enterprises in Jinzhong City should be based on the reality of local economic development. Focusing on corporate culture, human resources, innovation, organizational management, marketing, strategic management, and so on, so as to enhance the comparative advantage of local foreign enterprises and enhance the added value of foreign trade products. Adhering to the principles of high-end leadership, gradual progress and cooperation between government and enterprises, and gradually transitioning from the traditional development model of "three high, one low" to the "four-fold transition" modern development model, with emphasis on technological innovation and internal management, Brand management and marketing should be carried out. The concept of enterprise management should be updated, the enterprise management model should be innovated, and the limited strategic resources, such as human, financial and material resources, should be scientifically allocated to the enterprise management. Further improve the enterprise organizational structure, optimize the enterprise management mechanism, cultivate and build a high-quality human resources team, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to provide a strong organizational guarantee and talent support.
