【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)療改革的循序漸進(jìn),政府有關(guān)部門也隨之推出一系列政策措施,助推改革前進(jìn)。醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)面臨著諸多機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)下,“看病難”仍然是困擾廣大百姓的難題之一,這一現(xiàn)象在大型綜合醫(yī)院顯得尤為突出,在黑龍江省也不例外。而隨著科技水平的提高,針對(duì)如何優(yōu)化醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)就診流程,許多新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)品也相繼應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。就診流程的優(yōu)化,不可避免地需要涉及到醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)、支付結(jié)算系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn),對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行和醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的合作來(lái)說(shuō),無(wú)疑是一次良機(jī),結(jié)合商業(yè)銀行先進(jìn)技術(shù)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)而針對(duì)醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行的優(yōu)化,也將有效提高就診的效率。此外,電子渠道的快速發(fā)展,高端客戶的特殊需求,以及國(guó)家近來(lái)對(duì)于民營(yíng)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的支持,都為“銀醫(yī)合作”在多角度、不同模式上的探索提供了可能。本文通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)行醫(yī)療體制下大型醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)就診流程進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化的可行性,首先,作者介紹了論文研究的背景和研究的意義,分析了當(dāng)前這一業(yè)務(wù)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)了全文研究的內(nèi)容和方法;其次,文章提出了相關(guān)的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)概念以及4Ps等理論;在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文對(duì)建行以及黑龍江省分行該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的營(yíng)銷現(xiàn)狀做了具體的分析;對(duì)現(xiàn)狀村存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生原因,論文也進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要分析;文章最后,根據(jù)同業(yè)在類似業(yè)務(wù)上的創(chuàng)新以及我省的具體情況、不同客戶群體的需求,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有渠道和業(yè)務(wù),初擬了一些營(yíng)銷策略,提出了未來(lái)這一業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的一些建議。
[Abstract]:With the gradual development of the medical care reform, the relevant government departments have also introduced a series of policy measures to push the reform forward. Medical institutions are facing many opportunities and challenges. At present, "difficult to see a doctor" is still one of the difficult problems puzzling the general public. This phenomenon is particularly prominent in large general hospitals, and it is no exception in Heilongjiang Province. With the development of science and technology, many new technologies have been developed to optimize the flow of medical treatment in medical institutions. New products have also emerged one after another. The optimization of the visiting process inevitably involves the improvement of the hospital information system and payment and settlement system, which is undoubtedly a good opportunity for the cooperation between commercial banks and medical institutions. The optimization of hospital information system based on the advanced technology and experience of commercial banks will also effectively improve the efficiency of consultation. In addition, the rapid development of electronic channels and the special needs of high-end customers, As well as the state's recent support for private medical institutions, they are all "cooperation between banks and doctors" from various angles. This paper analyzes the feasibility of further optimization of medical treatment process in large medical institutions under the current medical system. Firstly, the author introduces the background of the paper and the significance of the research. This paper analyzes the current research situation of this business at home and abroad, and summarizes the contents and methods of the full-text research. Secondly, the paper puts forward the academic concepts of marketing and 4Ps, etc. The paper makes a specific analysis of the current marketing situation of CCB and Heilongjiang Branch, and briefly analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the present situation village. Finally, the paper also makes a brief analysis. According to the innovation of similar business in the same industry and the specific situation of our province, the needs of different customer groups, combined with the existing channels and business, this paper initially draws up some marketing strategies, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of this business in the future.
