【摘要】：學者們對社會網(wǎng)絡與隱性知識分享的關系研究得出了正向預測、負向預測和無關系3種結論,使人們對二者之間是否存在因果關系產(chǎn)生質(zhì)疑,也使組織如何促進隱性知識分享無從入手,為此,采用靜態(tài)的問卷調(diào)查與干預實驗兩步探索二者的因果關系及干預方法的有效性。結果顯示:營銷員的社會網(wǎng)絡與隱性知識分享效果具有因果關系;網(wǎng)絡技能團體培訓是改善保險營銷員社會網(wǎng)絡質(zhì)量的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Scholars have drawn three conclusions on the relationship between social networks and tacit knowledge sharing, namely positive prediction, negative prediction and no relationship, which makes people question whether there is a causal relationship between the two. It also makes it impossible for organizations to promote tacit knowledge sharing. The static questionnaire survey and intervention experiment were used to explore the causality and the effectiveness of the intervention methods. The results showed that the social network of marketers and the effect of tacit knowledge sharing had causality; Network skill group training is an effective method to improve the social network quality of insurance marketers.
