【摘要】：為探討針織行業(yè)智能制造的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),首先闡述智能制造的含義,將針織智能制造細(xì)分為針織產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)智能化、針織裝備控制智能化、針織生產(chǎn)管理智能化、針織服裝營(yíng)銷智能化、針織產(chǎn)品性能智能化和針織產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)智能化6個(gè)方面,并對(duì)每一方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行全面論述;提出針織智能制造解決方案,介紹針織智能制造關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研發(fā)、推廣現(xiàn)狀及具體應(yīng)用;指出了智能制造是我國(guó)針織行業(yè)在新常態(tài)下打造新的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的必然選擇;強(qiáng)調(diào)提升智能制造水平是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)中高速增長(zhǎng)、邁向中高端水平提供堅(jiān)實(shí)有力的支撐。
[Abstract]:In order to discuss the developing trend of intelligent manufacturing in knitting industry, the meaning of intelligent manufacturing is first expounded. The intelligent manufacturing of knitting is divided into intelligent design of knitting products, intelligent control of knitting equipment and intelligent management of knitting production. In this paper, six aspects of intelligent knitting clothing marketing, intelligent performance of knitted products and intelligent service of knitting industry are discussed, and the research progress of each aspect is discussed, and the solution of intelligent knitting manufacturing is put forward. This paper introduces the research and development of the key technology of knitting intelligent manufacturing, its present situation and application, and points out that intelligent manufacturing is the inevitable choice for our knitting industry to build new international competitive advantage under the new normal state. Emphasis on improving the level of intelligent manufacturing is to promote high-speed economic growth, to the high-end level to provide a solid support.
