【摘要】：隨著社會不斷發(fā)展,客戶服務水平已逐漸成為企業(yè)的核心競爭力。為此,國家電網(wǎng)公司于2013年開始組建完善全國范圍的電力客戶服務中心,建立一體化、客戶化、智能化、互動化的知識庫,提供知識管理、知識共享、知識學習和智能服務支撐等功能,方便電力客戶服務中心座席代表統(tǒng)一、專業(yè)、準確的答復全國電力客戶問題,為電力客戶服務提供強有力的知識支撐。本文針對客戶服務知識庫管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析、系統(tǒng)設計、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測試等方面進行了詳細的闡述,其中重點介紹知識征集管理部分。需求分析方面圍繞管理功能需求和應用功能需求兩個角度進行了分析,功能需求包括:中心知識征集、分中心知識征集、省級知識征集、分中心分派、分中心知識采編、省營銷部分派、知識采編、規(guī)范性審核、分中心知識審核、中心知識審核、知識發(fā)布等工作內(nèi)容。系統(tǒng)設計方面,結合智能全文搜索技術和J2EE技術體系,集成知識征集、采集、發(fā)布和知識搜索等多個應用環(huán)節(jié);系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)方面,基于面向電力行業(yè)的企業(yè)級應用系統(tǒng)SoTower開發(fā)平臺進行設計開發(fā),展現(xiàn)端應用HTML、JSP、javaScript等技術,后臺采用Java語言開發(fā),SoTower平臺集成spring和Hibernate的成熟框架結構,應用與其配套研發(fā)的BPM流程引擎,采用Oracle作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫存儲軟件,實現(xiàn)了知識征集的流程化、系統(tǒng)化,實現(xiàn)了知識條目從錄入到發(fā)布的全生命周期管理,確保知識點的真實、及時、有效。最后,對系統(tǒng)進行測試,系統(tǒng)性能符合設計要求,滿足用戶需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the level of customer service has gradually become the core competitiveness of enterprises. In 2013, the State Grid Company began to set up and improve the national power customer service center, to establish integration, customization, intelligence, The interactive knowledge base provides the functions of knowledge management, knowledge sharing, knowledge learning and intelligent service support, so as to facilitate the unified, professional and accurate answers to national power customer questions. In this paper, the requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, system test and other aspects of customer service knowledge base management system are described in detail. It focuses on the part of knowledge collection management. The requirement analysis focuses on management functional requirements and application functional requirements. The functional requirements include: central knowledge collection, sub-center knowledge collection, provincial level knowledge collection. Sub-center assignment, sub-center knowledge acquisition and compilation, provincial marketing department assignment, knowledge acquisition and compilation, normative audit, sub-center knowledge audit, central knowledge audit, knowledge release, etc. System design, Combined with intelligent full-text search technology and J2EE technology system, integrated knowledge collection, collection, release and knowledge search and other application links, the system implementation, based on the electric power industry oriented enterprise application system SoTower development platform design and development, In the display end, the Java language is used to develop the mature framework of integrating spring and Hibernate, and the BPM process engine is developed with Oracle as the database storage software. The process of knowledge collection is realized. Systematization realizes the whole life cycle management of knowledge items from input to release to ensure that the knowledge points are true timely and effective. Finally the system is tested and the system performance meets the design requirements and meets the needs of users.
