【摘要】：隨著計算機技術(shù)與信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,金融信息化已成為銀行管理的迫切需求。其中,業(yè)績考核作為企業(yè)經(jīng)營與管理中非常重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),對商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展進程同樣具有重要意義。為確保企業(yè)在競爭激烈的金融行業(yè)中有良好的發(fā)展,龍江銀行業(yè)績考核工作摒棄傳統(tǒng)的手工考核方式,利用計算機強大的存儲與運算能力,開發(fā)相對獨立的營銷業(yè)績系統(tǒng)。本文以龍江銀行個人業(yè)務(wù)營銷業(yè)績項目為實際項目背景,論述系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)收集、業(yè)績計算、業(yè)績查詢等主要功能的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。龍江銀行個人業(yè)務(wù)營銷業(yè)績系統(tǒng)包含五個功能模塊:數(shù)據(jù)整合模塊、參數(shù)維護模塊、獎金計算模塊、報表展示模塊以及系統(tǒng)維護模塊。全部系統(tǒng)功能包括業(yè)績對應(yīng)、認領(lǐng)關(guān)系維護、數(shù)據(jù)ETL(Extraction-Transformation-Loading)、多維度計價、分潤比例維護、獎金計算、個人業(yè)績明細、匯總報表展示、日志處理、權(quán)限管理以及系統(tǒng)設(shè)置。其中,數(shù)據(jù)ETL為本文的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),指代數(shù)據(jù)的抽取、轉(zhuǎn)換、清洗以及裝載的過程。通過對數(shù)據(jù)格式的標準化定義,采用Data Stage JOB完成數(shù)據(jù)由源系統(tǒng)至數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,并最終加載至數(shù)據(jù)集市的轉(zhuǎn)換過程。本系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu)設(shè)計,Wabacus開發(fā)框架,使用戶可以直接通過IE、Chrome、火狐等瀏覽器進行訪問、操作,無需安裝客戶端。Wabacus作為Java EE快速開發(fā)框架,采用面向聲明的開發(fā)模式,將Java EE的開發(fā)效率提高五倍以上,實現(xiàn)了本系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜的數(shù)據(jù)展示、數(shù)據(jù)邏輯、表單處理等功能。根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求與系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的預(yù)定指標,本系統(tǒng)較好地實現(xiàn)了各個功能模塊的要求,為銀行員工呈現(xiàn)了功能完備、運行穩(wěn)定、操作簡便且界面友好的個人業(yè)務(wù)營銷業(yè)績系統(tǒng)。業(yè)績系統(tǒng)的成功上線與實施,不僅明確了行員的重要業(yè)績信息,同時方便管理部門統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,對企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品效益評價、業(yè)績價值管理與業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營方式也有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology, financial informatization has become an urgent need of bank management. It is also of great significance to the development of commercial banks. In order to ensure the good development of enterprises in the competitive financial industry, the performance appraisal of Longjiang Bank abandons the traditional manual assessment method. Based on the strong storage and computing ability of computer, a relatively independent marketing performance system is developed. Based on the actual project background of Longjiang Bank's personal business marketing performance project, this paper discusses the related data collection and performance calculation of the system. Longjiang Bank personal Business Marketing performance system consists of five functional modules: data integration module, parameter maintenance module, bonus calculation module, Report display module and system maintenance module. All system functions include performance correspondence, claim relationship maintenance, data ETLLX Extraction-Transformation-loading, multi-dimensional pricing, maintenance of run proportion, bonus calculation, personal performance detail, summary report display, log processing, etc. Authority management and system setup. Among them, data ETL is the key technology of this paper, referring to the process of data extraction, conversion, cleaning and loading. Data Stage JOB is used to complete the conversion process from the source system to the data warehouse and finally to the data Mart. This system uses the B / S architecture to design the development framework of Wabacus, which enables users to access and operate directly through Internet Explorer Chrome, Firefox and other browsers. Without installing client. Wabacus as Java EE rapid development framework, using declaration-oriented development mode, the development efficiency of Java EE is improved by more than five times, and the complex data display and data logic of this system are realized. According to the business demand and the system design target, the system has realized each function module request well, presented the complete function for the bank staff, the operation is stable, The successful launching and implementation of the performance system not only clarifies the important performance information of the staff, but also facilitates the overall planning of the management department and the evaluation of the product benefit of the enterprise. The performance value management and the business management mode also have the important significance.
