【摘要】：隨著國家對三網(wǎng)融合的政策支持和推進(jìn),最終三網(wǎng)融合當(dāng)中最為重要的一個競爭主體——廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)未來的發(fā)展將面對巨大的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。我國傳統(tǒng)的廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司都是以廣播和電視業(yè)務(wù)為主,但是隨著有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)、移動客戶端以及移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的受眾被分流,電信運(yùn)營商的在線視頻業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)對廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展造成了影響。因此,如何在新的競爭環(huán)境下,克服困難,抓住機(jī)遇,開拓創(chuàng)新,是傳統(tǒng)廣電行業(yè)發(fā)展必須面臨和解決的問題。研究這個問題具有一定的理論價值和應(yīng)用價值。本論文通過對華數(shù)廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司實際發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的分析,在三網(wǎng)融合背景下,對廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研討剖析,并提出對策措施。本文在結(jié)構(gòu)上共分六章。其中,第一章為導(dǎo)論,對課題的研究背景、研究的宗旨及作用意義進(jìn)行說明,并結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)展開綜合闡明和剖析。第二章詳細(xì)概括企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的理念,主要從管理的概念、戰(zhàn)略管理措施和戰(zhàn)略管理的理論等幾方面具體描述。文章第三章主要利用PEST及SWOT分析方法對寧波華數(shù)廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司的發(fā)展境況展開具體剖析。論文的第四章提出了寧波華數(shù)廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。考慮其企業(yè)當(dāng)前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,提出企業(yè)的一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和差異化戰(zhàn)略作為寧波華數(shù)廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司的未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第五章提出寧波華數(shù)廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的具體實施計劃、步驟和保障措施提出自己的建議。第六章為總結(jié)和展望,對本課題的探究實質(zhì)進(jìn)行總結(jié),同時點明文章存在欠缺的部分,并進(jìn)一步指出未來在此方面的研究方向。本論文基于三網(wǎng)融合的背景,著重對廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)企業(yè)的發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行研究,以寧波華數(shù)廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司作為研究對象,剖析其內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境,提出傳統(tǒng)廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以及人力資源、組織架構(gòu)、財務(wù)、技術(shù)、市場營銷和文化方面的保障措施,對廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)企業(yè)未來發(fā)展具有較強(qiáng)的針對性和指導(dǎo)性。
[Abstract]:With the support and promotion of the national policy on the integration of three networks, In the end, the development of radio and television networks, one of the most important competitors in the integration of three networks, will face enormous opportunities and challenges in the future. The traditional broadcasting and television network companies in China are mainly engaged in broadcasting and television services, but with the cable network, With the development of mobile client and mobile network, the audience of radio and television network is shunted, and the online video service of telecom operators has had an impact on the further development of radio and television network. Therefore, how to overcome the difficulties in the new competitive environment, Seizing the opportunity and opening up and innovating are the problems that must be faced and solved in the development of traditional radio and television industry. The research on this problem has certain theoretical and applied value. This paper analyzes the actual development situation of Huasu Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. Under the background of the integration of three networks, the development strategy of radio and television network is discussed and analyzed, and the countermeasures are put forward. The structure of this paper is divided into six chapters. Among them, the first chapter is the introduction, the research background of the subject. The purpose and significance of the study are explained, and combined with the relevant literature to develop a comprehensive explanation and analysis. Chapter two summarizes the concept of enterprise strategic management in detail, mainly from the concept of management, The third chapter mainly uses PEST and SWOT analysis method to analyze the development situation of Ningbo Huasu Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. 4th chapter of the paper. The development strategy of Ningbo Huasu Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd is put forward. Put forward the integration development strategy and differentiation strategy of the enterprise as the future development strategy of Ningbo Huadu Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. 5th chapter puts forward the specific implementation plan of the strategic development of Ningbo Huasu Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. Chapter 6th summarizes and looks forward to the essence of the research on this topic, and points out that there are some deficiencies in the article. And further points out the future research direction in this area. Based on the background of the integration of three networks, this paper focuses on the development strategy of radio and television network enterprises, taking Ningbo Huasu Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. as the research object. Analyze its internal and external environment, put forward the development strategy of traditional radio and television network, as well as human resources, organizational structure, finance, technology, marketing and cultural safeguards, The future development of radio and television network enterprises has strong pertinence and guidance.
