【摘要】:隨著中國金融市場的全面開放,銀行間產品、技術、營銷、服務乃至機構分布方面的競爭將越來越激烈,而這些競爭的實質,是它們背后所體現(xiàn)出的員工技能、文化理念、管理水平、學習能力、反應速度、團隊士氣等人力資源能力的競爭。從這個意義上講,有效的人力資源管理將成為某銀行保持與擴大競爭優(yōu)勢的關鍵競爭利器。本項目采用BI引擎對數(shù)據(jù)進行讀取、分析、輸出、定性處理。在數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術的基礎上,創(chuàng)建eHR-BI系統(tǒng)指數(shù)體系,依照此系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)指標進行邏輯計算,生成報表為人力資源管理的決策分析提供有效的數(shù)據(jù)支持,并為各級領導決策提供有力的人力資源量化支持。并運用ETL技術對數(shù)據(jù)進行備份,其備份方式采用并發(fā)備份與實時備份并存的方式,從而高效的支持數(shù)據(jù)的抽取與轉存功能。本論文的研究目的是針對某銀行實際情況,基于現(xiàn)有的eHR-BI平臺開發(fā)一個適用于某銀行的人力資源管理系統(tǒng),通過此系統(tǒng)建立起科學的人力資源績效評價體系,從根本上改變人力資源管理僅僅依靠經驗與感覺進行決策的現(xiàn)狀,而能依靠事實與數(shù)據(jù)說話。通過對人力資源工作的量化分析,找到企業(yè)在人力資源管理上需要解決的問題,使得人力資源管理體系能夠找到不斷調整與優(yōu)化的方向與策略,更好的支持業(yè)務發(fā)展,真正適應企業(yè)整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的需要。
[Abstract]:With the opening of China's financial market, the competition between banks in products, technology, marketing, services and even the distribution of institutions will become more and more intense, and the essence of these competitions is the skills of employees behind them. Effective human resource management will become a key competitive weapon for a bank to maintain and expand its competitive advantage. This project uses BI engine to read, analyze and output the data. Qualitative processing. On the basis of data mining technology, the index system of eHR-BI system is established, and the logical calculation is carried out according to the system index of this system. It provides effective data support for decision analysis of human resource management, and provides powerful human resource quantitative support for leaders at all levels. ETL technology is used to backup the data. The backup mode uses concurrent backup and real-time backup to support the function of data extraction and transfer. The purpose of this paper is to study the actual situation of a bank. Based on the existing eHR-BI platform, a human resource management system is developed for a bank, through which a scientific human resource performance evaluation system is established. Fundamentally change the current situation that human resources management only depends on experience and feeling to make decisions, and can rely on facts and data to speak. Through the quantitative analysis of human resources work. Find out the problems that need to be solved in the human resource management of enterprises, so that the human resources management system can find the direction and strategy of continuous adjustment and optimization, and better support the business development.
