【摘要】:隨著數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的深入發(fā)展,數(shù)據(jù)帶寬大幅提升,OTT(Over The Top)應(yīng)用迅速普及,給最終用戶帶來(lái)豐富的業(yè)務(wù)體驗(yàn)的同時(shí),也給運(yùn)營(yíng)商帶來(lái)很大壓力——收入減少、網(wǎng)絡(luò)壓力增大和用戶流失。同時(shí)在產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈上也悄然發(fā)展了轉(zhuǎn)移,從傳統(tǒng)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商主導(dǎo)逐步轉(zhuǎn)向?yàn)镺TT業(yè)務(wù)提供商直接與用戶打交道。用戶的通信業(yè)務(wù)行為已經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)商提供的短彩信業(yè)務(wù)向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)OTT應(yīng)用快速轉(zhuǎn)移。BOSS(BusinessOperation Support System)作為運(yùn)營(yíng)商最重要的運(yùn)營(yíng)支撐和計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng),采用電信級(jí)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),需要它的高穩(wěn)定性和高可靠性。而數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)處在快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,用戶業(yè)務(wù)行為的個(gè)性化和使用數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的碎片化,都要求業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景和形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)必須靈活;贐OSS的業(yè)務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)和流程設(shè)計(jì)都相對(duì)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)和完善,不能夠經(jīng)常用于創(chuàng)新的業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā),無(wú)法滿足快速變化、快速形成套餐、快速滿足營(yíng)銷需求。目前流量產(chǎn)品都是基于BOSS系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn),從現(xiàn)有的流量產(chǎn)品看,流量經(jīng)營(yíng)模式仍以傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式在進(jìn)行,未能實(shí)現(xiàn)流量經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型的突破,不能吸引用戶,刺激流量的使用。本文主要針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),設(shè)計(jì)流量紅包平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶自由購(gòu)買、領(lǐng)取、贈(zèng)送流量紅包等功能,以實(shí)現(xiàn)提升用戶粘性,增加收入的流量經(jīng)營(yíng)目的。通過(guò)建設(shè)和實(shí)現(xiàn)流量紅包平臺(tái),用戶可以將自己在流量紅包平臺(tái)上購(gòu)買的流量做成紅包派發(fā)給某個(gè)人或者某群人。紅包贈(zèng)送渠道包括微信平臺(tái)、app客戶端等。紅包發(fā)起人可以定義紅包的大小以及個(gè)數(shù)。紅包發(fā)出后,紅包接收人通過(guò)點(diǎn)擊贈(zèng)送鏈接,接受紅包,接收人收到的流量實(shí)時(shí)進(jìn)入紅包接收人賬戶,并可以實(shí)時(shí)使用也可以繼續(xù)發(fā)放。流量紅包平臺(tái)具有如下特點(diǎn):(1)能夠?qū)⒕W(wǎng)絡(luò)的智能管道能力聚合起來(lái),簡(jiǎn)化流量產(chǎn)品生成的難度,同時(shí)可以方便、快速地將管道能力開放出去;(2)具備業(yè)務(wù)快速迭代能力,快速實(shí)現(xiàn)流量商品化,豐富流量經(jīng)營(yíng)場(chǎng)景,滿足市場(chǎng)、用戶的流量使用需求;(3)打通后向流量經(jīng)營(yíng)的渠道,增強(qiáng)流量計(jì)價(jià)屬性,理順運(yùn)營(yíng)商與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)在流量經(jīng)營(yíng)合作上的價(jià)值鏈。流量紅包平臺(tái)能夠真正實(shí)現(xiàn)新型差異化定價(jià)流量業(yè)務(wù)精細(xì)化應(yīng)用,可滿足市場(chǎng)要求的同時(shí),提升移動(dòng)用戶粘度,并增強(qiáng)和政企客戶的關(guān)系,提升戶均流量,增加收入。
[Abstract]:With the further development of data services, data bandwidth increases, OTT (Over The Top) application of rapid popularization, brings a wealth of business experience at the same time to end users, but also to the operators to bring great pressure, reduced income, network pressure increases and the loss of users. At the same time in the industry value chain development has quietly shifted from the traditional leading telecom operators gradually turned into a OTT service provider to deal directly with the user. Users have provided communication services from traditional operators SMS MMS to the Internet application OTT (BusinessOperation Support System.BOSS fast transfer) as the operator of the most important operation support and billing system, using carrier grade architecture design needs its high stability and high reliability. And data services in the process of rapid development, user behavior and personalized business data traffic broken Slice, require business scenarios and form design must be flexible. Based on the business design and process design of BOSS are relatively strict and perfect, can not often used for business development and innovation, unable to meet the rapid change, the rapid formation of packages, fast to meet the marketing needs. The traffic products are based on BOSS system implementation, from the existing flow the flow of products, business model is still in the traditional management way and traffic management failed to achieve a breakthrough in transition, the user can not attract, use stimulus flow. Aiming at the problems in traditional operators challenges, design flow of red platform, realize the user free purchase, receive, free flow of red envelopes and other functions to achieve. To enhance user stickiness, increase the income of the business flow. Through the construction and implementation of traffic red platform, users can buy their own red envelopes on the platform in traffic flow to do A red envelope sent to a person or a group of people. Red gift channels including WeChat platform, APP client. Red sponsors can define the size of the envelopes and the number of red envelopes.
