【摘要】：文章從數(shù)據(jù)化科研環(huán)境的形成,環(huán)境變化所產生的科研人員數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)需求兩方面對當前科學研究與數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育的內在需求關系進行了論證,指出在科研數(shù)據(jù)問題的解決、科學的數(shù)據(jù)化生產方式以及科學交流體系都存在著數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育的需求空間。在此基礎上,采用SWOT分析法,剖析了圖書館進行用戶數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育的內部條件和外部環(huán)境。利用SWOT四種分析模型方法,分別提出了以學術引領促教育的增長性策略、以集成資源促應用的開發(fā)型策略、以宣傳推廣贏關注的營銷型策略,以人力資源建設促發(fā)展的扭轉型策略。
[Abstract]:This paper demonstrates the relationship between current scientific research and data literacy education from two aspects: the formation of the digital scientific research environment and the demand for data literacy of the scientific personnel caused by the change of the environment. It is pointed out that there is a demand space for data literacy education in the scientific data problem solving, the scientific data production mode and the scientific communication system. On this basis, the SWOT analysis method is adopted. This paper analyzes on the internal conditions and external environment of library data literacy education, and puts forward the growth strategy of promoting education with academic guidance by using four analysis model methods of SWOT. The development strategy of integrating resources to promote application, the marketing strategy of propagating and popularizing paying close attention to, and the strategy of twisting human resource construction to promote development.
