基于WEB的零件生產(chǎn)流程質(zhì)量追蹤查詢系統(tǒng)的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the promotion of international division of labor, manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce international competition. The core competence of the enterprise is embodied in the products provided by the enterprise, in the quality, price and delivery time of the product. This requires enterprises to improve product quality, reduce costs, shorten the supply time, quickly and effectively enter the market, and constantly adapt to market changes, win in the competition. As the main process of forming products, manufacturing management is the decisive factor that affects the quality, price and delivery time of products. It is the key to constitute the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, the concept and connotation of quality tracking system, research and application at home and abroad are reviewed. Then the related technology of quality tracking system based on manufacturing execution system is introduced, including system platform construction, WEB development and system testing. By comparing and excluding the popular WEB database, the database configuration suitable for data warehouse is selected, and a set of parameter interface definition and data query function which can directly define the retrieval result output through WEB screen are designed. In addition, according to the current WEB server configuration scheme, the system is separated from the manufacturing execution system and constructed separately. That is, it is located in the tracking query system which is independent of the manufacturing execution system itself, and the external interface of the manufacturing execution system management database is used to develop the self-defined WEB retrieval mode and data query. And report printing function of the production process quality tracking query system. We focus on lightweight query, improve system flexibility, improve the efficiency of database retrieval, custom retrieval, output and print. The system will use unified database, through the network connection can simultaneously provide the product quality management information service for the production department, the quality inspection department, the craft department and so on; The artificial report form is abolished, and the product quality test data are queried, counted and analyzed, the random fluctuation and abnormal fluctuation of product quality are accurately distinguished, the hidden trouble of quality is eliminated in the bud, and the product quality is guaranteed.
