【摘要】：音視頻會議等強延遲約束實時多媒體業(yè)務(wù)是覆蓋網(wǎng)組播技術(shù)的一個重要應(yīng)用.隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,更多的用戶期望通過移動終端設(shè)備訪問這些業(yè)務(wù),但現(xiàn)有的覆蓋網(wǎng)組播樹生成算法不能同時滿足終端的異構(gòu)性和服務(wù)延遲約束的需求.為此,提出一種啟發(fā)式延遲受限覆蓋網(wǎng)組播樹生成算法.該算法在普通最小延遲組播樹的節(jié)點中引入了轉(zhuǎn)碼能力,同時考慮了移動終端的帶寬消耗以及服務(wù)延遲等需求,從而能滿足鏈路帶寬和節(jié)點轉(zhuǎn)碼能力約束.仿真實驗表明,與Transcasting相比,該算法能夠以少量帶寬的代價,獲得較低的平均服務(wù)延遲和較好的組播樹健壯性等好處.
[Abstract]:Real-time multimedia services with strong delay constraints such as audio and video conferencing are an important application of overlay multicast technology. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, more and more users expect to access these services through mobile terminal devices, but the existing overlay multicast tree generation algorithm can not meet the needs of both terminal heterogeneity and service delay constraints. Therefore, a heuristic algorithm for multicast tree generation in delay constrained overlay networks is proposed. The algorithm introduces transcoding capability into the nodes of the common minimum delay multicast tree and takes into account the bandwidth consumption and service delay of mobile terminals so as to meet the constraints of link bandwidth and node transcoding capability. Simulation results show that compared with Transcasting, the proposed algorithm can achieve lower average service delay and better multicast tree robustness at a small bandwidth cost.
