【摘要】：Web2.0時代的到來及其核心技術Mashup(混搭技術)的廣泛應用為以協(xié)同科學計算為典型代表的科研信息化進程注入了新的時代特征,網(wǎng)絡協(xié)同科研平臺已從支撐科學計算這個核心領域逐漸擴大到服務于科學研究的全流程活動中。文章立足于網(wǎng)絡協(xié)同科研平臺的功能需求,深入分析了基于Web2.0核心技術Mashup的協(xié)同科研平臺系統(tǒng)構成及其實現(xiàn)方案,并以Web2.0環(huán)境下的典型應用站點SciVee為實例對網(wǎng)絡協(xié)同科研平臺的系統(tǒng)結構與功能實現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢進行了案例分析。研究表明,網(wǎng)絡協(xié)同科研平臺的研發(fā)是適應大數(shù)據(jù)時代E-Science(科研信息化)發(fā)展的必然要求,而以此為基礎的科研數(shù)據(jù)的智能化管理問題必將引起越來越多科研工作者的關注,成為協(xié)同科研領域新的研究熱點。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the Web2.0 era and the widespread application of the core technology, Mashup, have injected new features into the process of scientific research informatization, which is represented by collaborative scientific computing. The network collaborative research platform has gradually expanded from the core field of supporting scientific computing to the whole process of serving scientific research. Based on the functional requirements of the network collaborative scientific research platform, this paper deeply analyzes the system structure and implementation scheme of the collaborative scientific research platform based on Mashup, the core technology of Web2.0. Taking SciVee, a typical application site in Web2.0 environment, as an example, the paper analyzes the system structure and function realization advantages of network collaborative research platform. The research shows that the research and development of network collaborative research platform is necessary to adapt to the development of E-Science (Scientific Research Informatization) in big data era. The intelligent management of scientific research data based on this will attract more and more researchers' attention and become a new research hotspot in the field of collaborative scientific research.
