大型儀器設(shè)備資源信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化共享平臺的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Networked manufacturing is the result of the combination of network technology, information technology and global manufacturing mode. It can realize information sharing and make the global division of labor and cooperation between enterprises more convenient. However, the theory, method and system of networked manufacturing in China are still in the initial stage of development, there is still a lot of research work to be done. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the research on networked manufacturing and system development. Manufacturing industry is the material basis of national economy and social development and the important embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength. There are some problems in our manufacturing industry, such as lack of capital, shortage of equipment resources and relatively closed technology. Even the limited equipment has not been fully utilized. In this paper, we use network technology to research and develop a network platform that can realize the sharing of large scale instruments and equipments, so as to solve the problems of shortage of equipment resources and insufficient utilization of equipment, and realize the sharing of equipment resources in the real sense. Thus, the utilization rate of the equipment is improved. Based on the analysis of the new technology, development environment and trend of modern manufacturing industry and the present situation of networked manufacturing, the requirements of equipment resource sharing application system based on rapid prototyping manufacturing technology are discussed. This paper presents a model to support the sharing of equipment resources among enterprises. Through the user requirement analysis, the requirement analysis of each module of the system and the non-functional requirement analysis, the system architecture and operation mode are determined, and the overall design and implementation of the system, including the development framework technology, are carried out. Database technology, system implementation technology and information sharing technology. Based on rapid manufacturing technology, a networked information sharing system for large-scale instrument and equipment resources is developed and applied to practice.
