基于WEB的精英人才網(wǎng)站的設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The quickening pace of urbanization has led to a large increase in the flow of workers, and all this has increased the pressure of employment in today's society. At the same time, due to the lack of communication between migrant workers and recruiting units, the mobility of personnel is blindness. Therefore, it is necessary to design an elite talent website to meet the employment needs of employers and workers in and out of cities and towns, to provide timely and effective information for workers, and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of labor workers. Nowadays, in order to solve the problems between labor service personnel and employers, some elite talent websites are more or less lagging in information and backward in management. In addition, especially in developing countries, because of the lagging news and low education level of migrant workers themselves, they are more unable to get information about employment and employment quickly and early. This bad factor leads to the inability to find suitable jobs more efficiently, which in turn makes it impossible for employers to solve the problem of surplus labor more quickly. Therefore, in order to solve the related problems, this paper develops a management system that meets the needs of labor workers and employers on the basis of fully studying the characteristics of relevant talent websites. The system uses the B / S architecture and the development language is ASP technology. The B / S architecture has lower maintenance cost and is more convenient to operate than the original C / S architecture. Furthermore, ASP technology can facilitate the maintenance of the system. At the same time, the innovation of the system is added, that is, the short message notification platform is added to the system. Short message platform can help employers and workers more quickly, more timely access to relevant employment information and labor information, can help managers more reasonable resource allocation. This innovation enables the system to help labor managers track and manage the labor force better than other current systems, so as to provide real-time and accurate information to guide labor flow more correctly. Furthermore, the advantage of this innovation point is that it can provide convenience for future timely notification of migrant workers, labor managers, and labor units to carry out related operations, thus providing more convenient guidance for the work to be carried out.
