基于Web的暖通設備運維管理平臺的研究與設計

【摘要】:隨著我國經濟和科技的快速發(fā)展,傳統行業(yè)在對工業(yè)設備的運營維護方面,所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇并存;赪eb的設備物聯網云計算運營維護管理服務,以市場需求為向導,改變了傳統工業(yè)設備的管理模式。摒棄了笨重、難以維護和升級的C/S模式,開發(fā)基于B/S架構的多租戶信息管理平臺。本課題探索基于物聯網的設備連接及監(jiān)控,創(chuàng)新維保業(yè)務的交互模式,構建專業(yè)的設備監(jiān)控、運行管理、能耗分析、項目管理等應用服務。區(qū)別于同行智能儀表的接入技術及能耗監(jiān)控的單體系統,該平臺能夠進一步為用戶提供主機設備的運行數據,同時能夠利用設備的運行數據及參數,挖掘出具有維保價值的故障預警、遠程故障診斷、警情推送以及節(jié)能方案制定等內容。本課題來源于產學研項目,針對傳統工業(yè)設備(主要是暖通行業(yè)設備),研發(fā)了一套“平臺+服務”的設備運維管理系統。論文首先闡述了課題研究的背景和意義,討論了國內外研究現狀,分析了運維管理平臺的設計思想和所應有的特性。結合平臺的功能,提出基于Web的設備運維管理平臺研發(fā)的整體架構,主要由四大部分組成:現場設備、網關子系統、服務器和客戶端,并闡述了各部分之間的聯系。其次,詳細介紹了運維管理平臺的后臺服務器和前端顯示部分。重點講解了數據庫和Web服務的設計及搭建,前后端數據交互、解析技術原理及應用,以及前端頁面數據和功能展示。其中,包括以Redis和MySQL作為數據庫平臺,多租戶之間的數據存儲采用共享數據庫和數據架構模式,數據庫實現日志管理、權限劃分及管理、身份驗證管理、設備數據分析報表生成、告警情況分析及報表生成等功能。以Socket服務器和IIS Web服務器構成前端數據來源與顯示的主要后臺服務器,選用C#作為服務器端編程語言,ASP為動態(tài)頁面交互技術。詳細介紹了數據交互技術和工作原理,選用流行的Ajax技術作為前端數據請求技術,并討論了如何實現設備數據在Web頁面的實時顯示?紤]了Web的安全機制,設計制作視覺優(yōu)美、交互流暢、兼容所有主流瀏覽器的用戶體驗良好的前端展示頁面。文章從整個平臺架構的主要功能出發(fā),實現了對設備實時運行數據的顯示、查詢、設備告警、能耗分析、項目和企業(yè)管理等功能。最后論文結合項目的實際運用,展示了平臺系統通過Web端的各模塊功能的總體實現情況,說明了平臺的真實有效性。項目或設備的維護要求越來越高,該平臺將填補用戶的實際需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and science and technology in our country, the challenges and opportunities that traditional industries face in the operation and maintenance of industrial equipment coexist. The cloud computing operation and maintenance service based on Web changes the management mode of traditional industrial equipment with the guide of market demand. The C / S model, which is cumbersome, difficult to maintain and upgrade, is abandoned, and a multi-tenant information management platform based on B / S architecture is developed. This paper explores the connection and monitoring of devices based on the Internet of things, innovates the interactive mode of maintenance and maintenance business, and constructs professional application services such as equipment monitoring, operation management, energy consumption analysis, project management and so on. Different from the access technology of the peer intelligent instrument and the single system of energy consumption monitoring, the platform can further provide users with the running data of the host equipment, at the same time, it can make use of the operation data and parameters of the equipment. The contents of fault warning, remote fault diagnosis, police push and energy saving scheme are excavated. This subject comes from the project of industry, university and research. Aiming at the traditional industrial equipment (mainly the equipment of HVAC industry), a "platform service" equipment operation and maintenance management system is developed. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are described, the present research situation at home and abroad is discussed, and the design ideas and characteristics of the operation and maintenance management platform are analyzed. Combined with the function of the platform, this paper puts forward the overall framework of the development of the equipment operation and maintenance management platform based on Web, which is mainly composed of four parts: field equipment, gateway subsystem, server and client. Secondly, the background server and front-end display of the platform are introduced in detail. The design and construction of database and Web service, the data interaction between front and rear end, the principle and application of parsing technology, and the display of front page data and function are discussed in detail. Including Redis and MySQL as the database platform, multi-tenant data storage using shared database and data architecture, database to achieve log management, authority division and management, authentication management, Equipment data analysis report generation, alarm analysis and report generation functions. The Socket server and the IIS Web server are used as the main background server for the front end data source and display. C # is chosen as the server-side programming language and ASP is the dynamic page interactive technology. This paper introduces the technology and working principle of data exchange in detail, selects the popular Ajax technology as the front-end data request technology, and discusses how to realize the real-time display of the device data in the Web page. Considering the security mechanism of Web, the front-end display page with beautiful vision, smooth interaction and good user experience for all mainstream browsers is designed. Based on the main functions of the whole platform, the functions of displaying, querying, warning, energy consumption analysis, project and enterprise management are realized. Finally, combining with the actual application of the project, the paper shows the overall realization of the functions of each module of the platform through the Web, and explains the real effectiveness of the platform. The maintenance requirements of the project or equipment are becoming higher and higher, and the platform will fill the actual needs of the user.
