【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)作戰(zhàn)能力評估是一個多指標(biāo)評估問題。以網(wǎng)絡(luò)作戰(zhàn)任務(wù)為牽引,基于"任務(wù)-行動-能力"的指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建思路,從面向能力及要素的角度,分別從網(wǎng)絡(luò)偵察、網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)防御、網(wǎng)絡(luò)保障、指揮控制5方面細(xì)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)作戰(zhàn)能力評估指標(biāo)體系,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)作戰(zhàn)能力評估奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of network combat capability is a multi-index evaluation problem. Based on the index system of "task-active-ability", this paper takes the mission of network warfare as the traction, constructs the idea, from the angle of capability and its elements, respectively, from the angle of network reconnaissance, network attack, network defense, network guarantee, The five aspects of command and control refine the evaluation index system of network combat capability and lay a foundation for the evaluation of network combat capability.
