【摘要】：經(jīng)過三十多年的快速發(fā)展，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)從一個純粹的信息技術(shù)發(fā)展為社會的方方面面，形成了一個內(nèi)容豐富、影響巨大、無處不在的網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境。這對現(xiàn)實社會的信息溝通交流，對社會經(jīng)濟、政治的發(fā)展都產(chǎn)生了不可忽視的作用，同時具有虛擬性、開放性和交互性、連通性等特征的網(wǎng)絡社會對文化的發(fā)展也產(chǎn)生了巨大影響。 黨的十八大報告提出扎實推進社會主義文化強國建設。提出加強和改進網(wǎng)絡內(nèi)容建設，唱響網(wǎng)上主旋律，加強網(wǎng)絡社會管理，推進網(wǎng)絡規(guī)范有序運行；要堅持社會主義先進文化前進方向，樹立高度的文化自覺和文化自信，向著建設社會主義文化強國的宏偉目標闊步前進。網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下的中國先進文化建設具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。本文通過對網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下文化發(fā)展特征和中國先進文化建設現(xiàn)狀的分析，可以看出網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境一方面為我國先進文化建設提供了機遇，促進了先進文化的發(fā)展，另一方面也帶來了不利影響，使得我國先進文化建設存在一些問題。究其問題的根源，主要是四個方面：網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境弱化了黨在先進文化管理的引領(lǐng)作用；網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下中國先進文化面臨外部環(huán)境的擠壓；網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下先進文化的大眾性基礎薄弱；先進文化的主流性與網(wǎng)絡非主流文化多元性的沖突。 針對這四個方面的問題，本文提出了以下幾個應對措施：一，網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下必須堅持中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導地位，理順相應的先進文化發(fā)展機制；二，網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下先進文化建設要立足于優(yōu)秀中華傳統(tǒng)文化，強化中國先進文化的民族性；三，夯實先進文化的基礎建設，在不斷豐富先進文化內(nèi)涵的同時，還要加強網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境中的思想道德建設，全面提高網(wǎng)絡社會中的大眾科學文化素質(zhì)；四，，合理引導規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化，為非主流文化提供一個規(guī)范、積極的平臺和空間，使其成為主流先進文化的有益補充，實現(xiàn)主流文化與非主流文化的和諧繁榮。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of rapid development, the Internet has developed from a pure information technology to all aspects of society, forming a rich, influential and ubiquitous network environment. This has played an important role in the communication and exchange of information in real society, as well as in the development of social economy and politics. At the same time, it is fictitious, open and interactive. Connectivity and other characteristics of the network society has also had a great impact on the development of culture. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party proposed to promote the construction of socialist cultural power in a down-to-earth manner. It is proposed to strengthen and improve the construction of network content, to sing the main melody of the network, to strengthen the management of the network society, to promote the orderly operation of the network norms, to adhere to the direction of advanced socialist culture, to establish a high degree of cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence, The great goal of building a socialist cultural power is striding forward. The construction of China's advanced culture under the network environment has important strategic significance. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of cultural development under the network environment and the current situation of China's advanced culture construction, this paper can see that the network environment on the one hand provides an opportunity for the construction of advanced culture in our country, and promotes the development of advanced culture. On the other hand, there are some problems in the construction of advanced culture. The root causes of the problems are mainly four aspects: the network environment weakens the leading role of the Party in the advanced culture management, the Chinese advanced culture faces the external environment under the network environment, the popular foundation of the advanced culture under the network environment is weak; The conflict between the mainstream of advanced culture and the pluralism of network non-mainstream culture. In view of these four problems, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: first, we must adhere to the leading position of the Communist Party of China under the network environment, and straighten out the corresponding advanced cultural development mechanism; second, Under the network environment, the construction of advanced culture should be based on the excellent Chinese traditional culture and strengthen the national character of the Chinese advanced culture. Third, to consolidate the basic construction of the advanced culture, while constantly enriching the connotation of the advanced culture, We should also strengthen the ideological and moral construction in the network environment, comprehensively improve the scientific and cultural quality of the masses in the network society; fourthly, rationally guide and standardize the industrialization of the network culture to provide a normative, positive platform and space for the non-mainstream culture. Make it become the beneficial supplement of mainstream advanced culture and realize the harmony and prosperity of mainstream culture and non-mainstream culture.
