基于Django框架的生物信息網(wǎng)站建設(shè)

【摘要】:由于生物科學(xué)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,生物信息數(shù)據(jù)不斷壯大,自然科學(xué)研究中的首要課題將是運用生物學(xué)和計算機科學(xué)的知識研究其中所包含的生物信息以及探索生物的內(nèi)在發(fā)展規(guī)律。面對大量的生物資源,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的日益復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)的生物信息網(wǎng)站已經(jīng)無法迅速掌握最新最準(zhǔn)確的生物數(shù)據(jù),以及無法將數(shù)據(jù)分析與數(shù)據(jù)管理集合到一起進行研究討論。因此需要一種有效的方法對其進行相應(yīng)的管理和維護,以便可以進一步將數(shù)據(jù)分析、處理和利用在一個平臺下實現(xiàn)。 基于Django框架的生物信息網(wǎng)站分別對來自太空和地面的育種進行分析與比較,通過分析的結(jié)果來獲取相關(guān)的生物信息。該網(wǎng)站具有高度網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,它可以實現(xiàn)在個人計算機平臺上的自由訪問,而且它還可以構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng),對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行集成,從而實現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)的存儲和管理,以及對提取出的生物數(shù)據(jù)進行主成分分析。本文主要成果包括: (1)通過對生物信息數(shù)據(jù)和Django框架的特點等方面的分析,選擇合適的軟件開發(fā)平臺以及網(wǎng)站后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫。 (2)根據(jù)需求分析,確立了網(wǎng)站前端顯示和后臺管理兩部分軟件設(shè)計的實現(xiàn)方案。選用Pycharm開發(fā)平臺;用Python語言對網(wǎng)站整體框架進行搭建。 (3)通過將網(wǎng)站劃分為不同的功能模塊,并用Python、SQL、Html等語言分別進行編碼設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)站前后端的交互。 (4)將提取出的生物數(shù)據(jù)進行集合,運用R語言進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,并將不同類型的生物數(shù)據(jù)區(qū)分出來。 (5)對網(wǎng)站進行全面的功能測試,解決發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題和新增的需求,不斷的完善和改進,逐步增強網(wǎng)站的實用性。 經(jīng)過多次調(diào)試修改之后,該網(wǎng)站達(dá)到了最初的設(shè)計目標(biāo),實現(xiàn)了一個能在統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)平臺上對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析和查詢的生物信息網(wǎng)站。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of biological science and the Internet, the bioinformatics data is growing rapidly. The primary task of natural science research will be to use the knowledge of biology and computer science to study the biological information contained therein and to explore the inherent laws of biological development. In the face of a large number of biological resources and the increasing complexity of the network, the traditional biological information website has been unable to quickly grasp the latest and most accurate biological data, as well as the data analysis and data management together for research and discussion. Therefore, an effective method is needed to manage and maintain the data so that the data can be analyzed, processed and utilized in a single platform. The bioinformatics website based on Django framework analyzes and compares the breeding from space and ground, and obtains the relevant biological information by analyzing the results. The website has a high degree of networking, it can realize free access on the personal computer platform, and it can also build a database system to integrate the relevant data, thereby realizing the storage and management of data. The extracted biological data were analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA). The main achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) through the analysis of biological information data and the characteristics of Django framework, we choose the appropriate software development platform and website backstage database. (2) according to the needs of the analysis, The software design scheme of front-end display and background management is established. Choose Pycharm development platform, use Python language to build the overall framework of the website. (3) by dividing the website into different functional modules, and using Python SQL HTML and other languages to code design, (4) collect the biological data extracted, analyze the data with R language, and distinguish the different types of biological data. (5) carry on the comprehensive function test to the website. Solve the problems found and new needs, improve and improve, gradually enhance the usability of the site. After many debugging and modification, the website has reached the initial design goal, and has realized a biological information website which can analyze and query the data on the unified data platform.
