【摘要】：多數(shù)Android應(yīng)用需要通過連入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與外界進(jìn)行通信,所有與網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)的活動(dòng)都涉及網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量,通過分析建模Android應(yīng)用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量,可以一定程度上掌握Android應(yīng)用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為。因此,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)事件驅(qū)動(dòng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為自動(dòng)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)DroidBet,來對(duì)Android應(yīng)用進(jìn)行自動(dòng)測(cè)試評(píng)估。首先,建立一個(gè)場(chǎng)景模擬事件庫(kù),用來模擬應(yīng)用程序運(yùn)行過程中可能執(zhí)行的事件,從而盡可能地觸發(fā)應(yīng)用程序的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為;然后,自動(dòng)生成基于狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移分析方法的測(cè)試序列,同時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)用程序測(cè)試過程中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)收集;最后,采用機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方法對(duì)收集到的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練,生成基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)未知的Android應(yīng)用的行為檢測(cè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,DroidBet能夠有效地觸發(fā)并提取應(yīng)用程序的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為,并具有準(zhǔn)確度高、系統(tǒng)資源開銷低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Most Android applications need to communicate with the outside world by connecting to the Internet. All network related activities involve network traffic. By analyzing the network traffic of modeling Android applications, the network behavior of Android applications can be mastered to a certain extent. Therefore, an event driven automatic detection system of network behavior, DroidBet, is designed. An automatic test evaluation for Android applications. First, a scene simulation event library is built to simulate events that may be executed during the application process, thus triggering the network behavior of the application as much as possible; then, the test sequence based on the state transfer analysis method is automatically generated and the application test process is also tested. The network behavior is collected dynamically. Finally, the network behavior collected by the machine learning method is learned and trained, and the network behavior model based on BP neural network is generated to realize the behavior detection of the unknown Android application. The experimental results show that DroidBet can effectively trigger and extract the network behavior of the application, and have the network behavior of the application. It has the advantages of high accuracy and low system resource overhead.
