【摘要】：針對(duì)P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量產(chǎn)生過程中存在概念漂移現(xiàn)象,提出具有概念漂移檢測功能的多分類器動(dòng)態(tài)集成流量識(shí)別方案。該方案包括概念漂移檢測和分類器動(dòng)態(tài)集成兩大模塊,由卡方統(tǒng)計(jì)推斷原理實(shí)現(xiàn)概念漂移檢測模塊功能,采用基分類器的性能優(yōu)先淘汰策略進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)集成解決流量概念漂移發(fā)生后的識(shí)別問題。在以貝葉斯分類器、支持向量機(jī)、決策樹作為基分類器,針對(duì)不同集成規(guī)模、數(shù)據(jù)塊大小進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果證明方案是可行的,模型的識(shí)別準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)到82%以上。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the phenomenon of concept drift in the process of P2P network traffic generation, a multi-classifier dynamic integrated traffic identification scheme with concept drift detection function is proposed. The scheme includes two modules: concept drift detection and classifier dynamic integration. The function of concept drift detection module is realized by chi-square statistical inference principle. The performance first elimination strategy of base classifier is used for dynamic integration to solve the problem of identification after the flow concept drift occurs. Taking Bayesian classifier, support vector machine and decision tree as basis classifiers, simulation experiments are carried out for different integration scales and data block sizes. The results show that the scheme is feasible and the recognition accuracy of the model is over 82%.
