敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站內容管理系統(tǒng)的設計實現(xiàn)及用戶分析

【摘要】:敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站承擔著本院文物展示、學術研究、敦煌石窟文化遺產(chǎn)保護宣傳、工作動態(tài)、旅游接待等多項信息發(fā)布職能,是敦煌研究院的重要門面和信息發(fā)布窗口。其機構的特殊性決定敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站具有用戶階層廣泛、內容信息豐富等特點,同時對網(wǎng)站的信息時效性、內容編輯專業(yè)水平、信息展示方式等有較高的要求。 近年來,敦煌石窟游客數(shù)量持續(xù)增長,石窟保護與旅游矛盾突顯,敦煌石窟數(shù)字化產(chǎn)品、敦煌學文獻資源及旅游相關內容網(wǎng)絡展示成為迫切需求。不同需求的用戶對網(wǎng)站的要求越來越高,而現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)站在內容、功能、展示方式、編輯效率、安全性上已經(jīng)完全無法滿足用戶及編輯的需求。為滿足敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站內容管理的需要,本項目擬設計實現(xiàn)一種面向網(wǎng)站內容編輯與發(fā)布的網(wǎng)站內容管理系統(tǒng),以減輕網(wǎng)站維護工作量,減輕建立網(wǎng)站的復雜性,規(guī)范網(wǎng)站后臺信息管理和發(fā)布流程,從而使網(wǎng)站的運營管理、內容維護變得簡單快捷。 本文以敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站為主要研究對象,在分析敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站特殊的內容需求的基礎上,從系統(tǒng)、結構、規(guī)劃、設計、實現(xiàn)、用戶流量分析、后期優(yōu)化等方面詳細論述了敦煌研究院內容管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn),在理論聯(lián)系實際的基礎上,研究建立技術上成熟,功能完善,流程優(yōu)化,并提供具體的實現(xiàn)方法的網(wǎng)站內容管理系統(tǒng)。 系統(tǒng)自2013年1月試運行以來,以其靈活的工作流程,豐富的功能,多樣的展示方式,得到網(wǎng)站管理人員和用戶的好評。通過不間斷的用戶分析和多層次網(wǎng)站優(yōu)化,大部分設計錯誤及漏洞得到更正,目前用戶群穩(wěn)定,用戶點擊量穩(wěn)中有升。
[Abstract]:The website of Dunhuang Research Institute is the important facade and window of Dunhuang Research Institute, which is responsible for the display of cultural relics, academic research, cultural heritage protection and publicity of Dunhuang grottoes, work dynamics, tourism reception and other information publishing functions. The particularity of its organization determines that the website of Dunhuang Research Institute has the characteristics of extensive user stratum, rich content information and so on. At the same time, it has higher requirements to the website's information timeliness, professional level of content editing, information display method and so on. In recent years, the number of tourists in Dunhuang grottoes continues to increase, the contradiction between protection and tourism is highlighted, the digital products of Dunhuang grottoes, the resources of Dunhuang literature and the network display of tourism-related contents become urgent needs. Users with different requirements have higher and higher requirements for the website, but the existing website in content, function, display mode, editing efficiency, security has been completely unable to meet the needs of users and editors. In order to meet the needs of website content management of Dunhuang Research Institute, this project intends to design and implement a website content management system for website content editing and publishing, in order to reduce the workload of website maintenance and the complexity of website establishment. Standardize the website background information management and release process, so that the website operation management, content maintenance become easy and fast. This paper takes Dunhuang Research Institute website as the main research object, on the basis of analyzing the special content requirements of Dunhuang Research Institute website, from the system, structure, planning, design, realization, user flow analysis, The design and implementation of the content management system of Dunhuang Research Institute are discussed in detail from the aspects of later optimization. On the basis of integrating theory with practice, the paper studies the establishment of mature technology, perfect function, process optimization, and so on. And provides the concrete realization method website content management system. Since its trial operation in January 2013, the system has been praised by website administrators and users for its flexible workflow, rich functions and various display methods. Through continuous user analysis and multi-level website optimization, most of the design errors and vulnerabilities have been corrected. At present, the user group is stable, and the number of user clicks is increasing steadily.
