【摘要】：隨著計算機、通信技術的飛躍式發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)得到了大范圍的普及,于是,無論在社會經(jīng)濟的任何角落,我們都可以看到:信息化的進程在快速推進;基于網(wǎng)絡而發(fā)展的新經(jīng)濟形式正在如火如荼的發(fā)展。然而,信息化時代下的社會、經(jīng)濟的有序、健康發(fā)展都必須依靠良好秩序的保證,政府毫無疑問承擔著維護良好秩序的職責,履行著監(jiān)督、管理和服務信息化社會有序進行的職能。因此,電子政務不僅成為信息化社會發(fā)展的“領頭羊”,更是加快國家現(xiàn)代化進程的一個嶄新機遇。電子政務信息的安全性,不僅是國家和政府的形象,更加關系到國家的安全、社會的穩(wěn)定,一旦遭遇攻擊,將會造成難以預計的嚴重后果。因此,對電子政務安全性的研究,尤其是PKI技術在電子政務中的應用研究就具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文主要工作是利用PKI的網(wǎng)絡安全技術,研究并實現(xiàn)了一個基于證書系統(tǒng)的電子政務安全系統(tǒng)。本文在闡述電子政務發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需要的基礎上,通過對電子政務及其安全技術的分析確定方案。對PKI技術進行了詳細的闡釋的同時,選去了RSA作為基礎算法為后面的安全體系設計奠定基礎。根據(jù)實際工作需求設計CA安全系統(tǒng)。在分析電子政務所面臨的安全威脅和隱患的基礎上,著重對電子政務安全需求進行分析,并制定電子政務安全目標,對系統(tǒng)安全性進行詳細研究后,規(guī)劃電子政務系統(tǒng)設計。對闡釋系統(tǒng)功能、數(shù)據(jù)庫設計等系統(tǒng)設計所需的設計出成可行性的系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)各個層面的設計功能。最后對本論文所做的研究進行歸納匯總,并對以后的繼續(xù)研究進行展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer and communication technology, the Internet has been popularized in a wide range. Therefore, we can see that the process of information technology is advancing rapidly, no matter in any corner of social economy; The new economic form based on network is developing in full swing. However, in the information age, the society, economic order and healthy development must depend on the guarantee of good order. The government is undoubtedly assuming the responsibility of maintaining good order and carrying out supervision. The management and service information society carries on the function in an orderly manner. Therefore, e-government is not only the leader in the development of information society, but also a new opportunity to speed up the process of national modernization. The security of e-government information is not only the image of the state and government, but also relates to the security of the country and the stability of the society. Once attacked, it will cause unpredictable and serious consequences. Therefore, the research on the security of E-government, especially the application of PKI technology in E-government, has very important theoretical and practical significance. The main work of this paper is to study and implement an e-government security system based on certificate system using PKI network security technology. On the basis of expounding the practical needs of the development of e-government, this paper determines the scheme by analyzing the e-government and its security technology. The PKI technology is explained in detail, and RSA is chosen as the basic algorithm to lay the foundation for the later security architecture design. Design CA security system according to actual work requirements. Based on the analysis of the security threats and hidden dangers faced by e-government, the security requirements of E-government are analyzed, and the security objectives of E-government are formulated. After detailed study on the security of the system, the design of e-government system is planned. To explain the system function, database design and other system design needs to design into a feasible system, to achieve the design of each level of the function. In the end, the research is summarized and the future research is prospected.
