【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)性網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)應(yīng)用(SNS)的流行與發(fā)展,SNS已成為人與人之間重要的交流渠道。SNS中大量用戶產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容包含了社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中信息傳播的客觀知識(shí),由此SNS可用于研究社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中公眾輿論的變化趨勢(shì)及信息傳播的相關(guān)規(guī)律。由于SNS服務(wù)中節(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)模大、其用戶間的信息傳播通常出現(xiàn)離散而稀疏的情況,需要高效的信息傳播觀察手段。為解決該問(wèn)題,提出信息傳播軌跡用于研究社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中信息傳播的基本規(guī)律,具體的方法為:(1)提出信息傳播軌跡(info-trajectory)模型以記錄社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中信息傳播的具體路徑;(2)針對(duì)微博社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò),提出幾個(gè)高效的信息傳播軌跡抽取算法;(3)根據(jù)已獲取的信息傳播軌跡研究用戶間轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)信息行為的時(shí)序規(guī)律;(4)提出算法K-advocators-discover用于發(fā)現(xiàn)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中促進(jìn)信息傳播的top-k名用戶;(5)提供充分的實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試來(lái)將所提方法用于抽取新浪微博上熱點(diǎn)話題信息的傳播軌跡,并采用K-advocators-discover算法分析新浪微博中促進(jìn)信息傳播的用戶。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證,所提方法能高效地提取微博中信息傳播軌跡,挖掘其中促進(jìn)信息傳播的用戶。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the popularity and development of social network service (SNS), SNS has become an important channel of communication between people. A large number of user-generated data content in SNS contains objective knowledge of information dissemination in social networks. Therefore, SNS can be used to study the changing trend of public opinion and the relevant rules of information dissemination in social network. Due to the large scale of nodes in SNS services, the spread of information between users is usually discrete and sparse, which requires efficient observation of information dissemination. In order to solve this problem, the paper puts forward the basic law of information transmission in social network. The specific method is: 1) to put forward the information transmission trajectory info-trajectorymodel to record the specific path of information transmission in the social network. (2) aiming at the Weibo social network, This paper puts forward several efficient algorithms for extracting information transmission trajectory. (4) A new algorithm K-advocators-discover is proposed to discover the top-k name of information transmission in social network. User No. 5) provides sufficient experimental testing to extract the trajectory of hot topic information on Sina Weibo by using the proposed method. K-advocators-discover algorithm is used to analyze the users who promote information dissemination in Sina Weibo. The experimental results show that the proposed method can efficiently extract the track of information propagation in Weibo and mine the users who promote the spread of information.
