【摘要】:摘要:隨著面向服務(wù)體系結(jié)構(gòu)(Service Oriented Architecture,SOA)被廣泛應(yīng)用到電子、金融等多個領(lǐng)域,Web服務(wù)在生活中扮演越來越重要的角色。怎樣對網(wǎng)絡(luò)上存在的海量Web服務(wù)的性能進(jìn)行評估、為用戶進(jìn)行服務(wù)選擇提供參考是當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)研究的熱點。目前研究人員尚未構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一的服務(wù)質(zhì)量評估體系,面向領(lǐng)域和面向語義的服務(wù)質(zhì)量評估模型都存在一定的缺陷。且當(dāng)前評估方法較多采用靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)對Web服務(wù)QoS進(jìn)行評估,較少考慮服務(wù)質(zhì)量屬性的動態(tài)變化及趨勢的影響,對服務(wù)質(zhì)量屬性的權(quán)重賦值通常具有主觀性,缺乏客觀性與理論依據(jù)。 本文以此為出發(fā)點,在以下幾個方面展開研究: (1)結(jié)合股票市場分析中的CYE和RSI指標(biāo)原理,在服務(wù)質(zhì)量評估體系中首次引入服務(wù)質(zhì)量相對屬性指標(biāo),建立了引入相對指標(biāo)的Web服務(wù)QoS評估新體系。利用該相對指標(biāo),將被評估服務(wù)的歷史表現(xiàn)與實時情況綜合考慮,對實時數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理后參與服務(wù)質(zhì)量評估,從而使得評估數(shù)據(jù)更加真實地反映服務(wù)的整體性能。 (2)對服務(wù)質(zhì)量屬性相對指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實時計算時,需要查詢該服務(wù)相關(guān)的n條數(shù)據(jù),n根據(jù)實際情況選定。本文采用數(shù)學(xué)歸納法與公式代換的手段,推導(dǎo)出歷史記錄查詢化簡公式,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)精確地實現(xiàn)歷史數(shù)據(jù)的查詢化簡。該查詢化簡公式極大地簡化了查詢量,提高了查詢效率。 (3)受經(jīng)濟學(xué)投入產(chǎn)出效率評估模型啟發(fā),本文將DEA模型與Web服務(wù)質(zhì)量評估方法相結(jié)合,建立了一種新的服務(wù)質(zhì)量評估方法。由于不同用戶對服務(wù)質(zhì)量特定屬性的重視程度不同,本文對DEA模型進(jìn)一步完善,建立了帶偏好的Web服務(wù)質(zhì)量綜合評價DEA模型。 實驗結(jié)果證明引入服務(wù)質(zhì)量相對指標(biāo)體系的Web服務(wù)評估更加可信、全面、穩(wěn)定。帶偏好的Web服務(wù)質(zhì)量綜合評價DEA模型在不同用戶偏好下具有很好的適用性。
[Abstract]:Abstract: as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is widely used in many fields such as electronics and finance, Web services are playing an increasingly important role in life. How to evaluate the performance of mass Web services on the network and provide reference for users to choose services is a current academic research At present, researchers have not yet built a unified quality of service evaluation system, and there are some defects in the domain oriented and semantic oriented quality evaluation models. And the current evaluation methods use static data to evaluate the Web service QoS, less consideration of the dynamic changes and trends of the quality of service, and the service of service. The weight assignment of quality attributes is usually subjective, lacking objectivity and theoretical basis.
Based on this point of view, the following studies are carried out:
(1) combining the CYE and RSI index principle of stock market analysis, the relative attribute index of service quality is introduced in the service quality evaluation system for the first time, and a new system of Web service QoS evaluation is set up with relative index. The relative index is used to consider the historical performance and real-time situation of the assessed service, and the real-time data is pretreated. Then participate in the service quality evaluation, thus making the evaluation data more truly reflect the overall performance of the service.
(2) when the relative index of the quality of service quality is calculated in real time, the N data related to the service should be querying, and N is selected according to the actual situation. In this paper, the formula of historical records query simplification is derived by means of mathematical induction and formula substitution, and the query reduction of the history data is strictly and accurately realized. The query simplification formula is greatly simplified. The query amount is changed, and the efficiency of the query is improved.
(3) inspired by the economic input-output efficiency evaluation model, this paper combines the DEA model with the Web quality evaluation method, and establishes a new method for evaluating the quality of service. Because different users pay different attention to the specific quality of service quality, this paper perfects the DEA model step by step and establishes the Web service quality synthesis with preference. Evaluate the DEA model.
The experimental results show that the Web service evaluation introduced into the QoS relative index system is more reliable, comprehensive and stable. The DEA model with preferred Web quality evaluation has good applicability under different user preferences.
