微博網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播分析與模型構(gòu)建

【摘要】:微博是一種基于用戶(hù)關(guān)系的信息交流和溝通的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),由于其使用方式便捷、傳播迅速、交互性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),在信息分發(fā)和輿論傳播等方面發(fā)揮非常重要的作用,不僅改變了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播的形式和結(jié)構(gòu),也改變了人們獲取和傳播信息的方式和習(xí)慣。研究微博網(wǎng)絡(luò)的信息傳播可以幫助正確了解其傳播特征和規(guī)律,有利于設(shè)計(jì)出更符合用戶(hù)習(xí)慣的各種信息服務(wù),并能為實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)監(jiān)測(cè)、引導(dǎo)和控制輿論傳播提供理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。 本文選取新浪微博作為主要研究對(duì)象,在分析了微博用戶(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征、信息傳播特征等基礎(chǔ)上,采用用戶(hù)行為特征描述微博網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播過(guò)程,設(shè)計(jì)基于用戶(hù)行為特征的信息傳播模型,并在真實(shí)的微博數(shù)據(jù)上模擬信息傳播的演化過(guò)程。主要工作如下: 對(duì)微博的用戶(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)涮卣骱托畔鞑ヒ?guī)律的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。本文在新浪微博的采樣數(shù)據(jù)上,首先統(tǒng)計(jì)了由微博用戶(hù)組成的復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓?fù)涮卣,并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)信息傳播的影響。然后分析了微博信息的轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)特征、微博信息傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖的路徑特征,并結(jié)合傳播實(shí)例分析傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖形成的影響因素。 根據(jù)微博用戶(hù)的行為特征的分析,描述微博網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播過(guò)程,,并設(shè)計(jì)了基于用戶(hù)行為特征的微博信息傳播模型。按照用戶(hù)在信息傳播過(guò)程中的位置和作用,分析發(fā)文用戶(hù)、閱讀用戶(hù)和轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)用戶(hù)的行為特征對(duì)信息傳播的影響。在用戶(hù)歷史發(fā)布和轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)博文的數(shù)據(jù)上,計(jì)算發(fā)文用戶(hù)的影響力、閱讀用戶(hù)的閱讀習(xí)慣、轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)用戶(hù)的轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)偏好度,并將這些特征作為模型參數(shù)。本文在新浪微博真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)調(diào)用模型算法,模擬信息傳播的過(guò)程,其仿真結(jié)果表現(xiàn)出的信息傳播特征與真實(shí)情況相符合。實(shí)驗(yàn)以信息影響到的最終范圍作為評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分別從使用微博子網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)和在線(xiàn)采集分析用戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行傳播范圍的預(yù)測(cè),都得到了較高的準(zhǔn)確率。該模型在用戶(hù)歷史行為的基礎(chǔ)上,準(zhǔn)確描述了微博中信息傳播的過(guò)程和影響范圍,為下一步工作中微博輿情的發(fā)現(xiàn)和控制提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Weibo is a social network platform for information exchange and communication based on user relations. Because of its convenient use, rapid communication and strong interaction, Weibo plays a very important role in information distribution and public opinion dissemination. It not only changes the form and structure of network information dissemination, but also changes the way and habit of people to obtain and disseminate information. Studying the transmission of information on Weibo's network can help us to understand its characteristics and rules of communication correctly, to design a variety of information services that are more in line with the user's habits, and to realize scientific monitoring. Guide and control the dissemination of public opinion to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance. In this paper, Weibo of Sina is chosen as the main research object, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of user network and information dissemination, user behavior features are used to describe the process of network information dissemination. The information transmission model based on user behavior is designed, and the evolution process of information transmission is simulated on the real Weibo data. The main tasks are as follows: To Weibo's user network topology characteristic and the information dissemination rule statistical analysis. Based on the sampling data of Sina Weibo, this paper firstly statistics the topological characteristics of the complex network composed of Weibo users, and proves the influence of the network structure on the information transmission through experiments. Then it analyzes the transmission characteristics of Weibo information, the path characteristics of Weibo information communication network chart, and analyzes the factors influencing the formation of the transmission network map with the example of communication. According to the analysis of Weibo user's behavior characteristics, this paper describes the process of information dissemination on Weibo network, and designs an information dissemination model based on user behavior characteristics. According to the position and function of users in the process of information dissemination, this paper analyzes the influence of the behavior characteristics of sending users, reading users and forwarding users on the dissemination of information. Based on the data published and forwarded by users in history, the influence of the users, the reading habits of the users and the forwarding preferences of the users are calculated, and these features are taken as the parameters of the model. Based on the real data of Weibo of Sina, this paper simulates the process of information transmission by calling the model algorithm, and the simulation results show that the characteristics of information transmission are consistent with the real situation. The experiment takes the final range of information as the evaluation standard and forecasts the spread range by using Weibo sub-network data and on-line collection and analysis of user data respectively. Based on the historical behavior of users, this model accurately describes the process and influence range of information dissemination in Weibo, and provides a basis for the discovery and control of public opinion in the next step.
