面向IaaS平臺的用戶自服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:目前,企業(yè)在私有云平臺建設(shè)中采用的主流解決方案是利用開源IaaS平臺實現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施資源的統(tǒng)一管理,然而,絕大多數(shù)開源平臺在用戶訪問控制以及業(yè)務(wù)運營管理等用戶自服務(wù)方面缺乏一定的標(biāo)準和規(guī)劃,很難滿足企業(yè)內(nèi)部的管理需求。因此,有必要面向IaaS平臺設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)一個自服務(wù)系統(tǒng),不僅可以為不同角色的用戶提供統(tǒng)一的服務(wù)及管理入口,將資源的全生命管理納入企業(yè)部門間審批流轉(zhuǎn)的管理范疇,而且還可以針對物理資源負載調(diào)度、虛擬資源運行狀態(tài)等關(guān)鍵性事務(wù)進行智能化監(jiān)控和友好展現(xiàn)。 本次研究的主要目的是設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)一個面向IaaS平臺的用戶自服務(wù)系統(tǒng),針對不同的用戶角色進行身份認證和權(quán)限管理,實現(xiàn)對IT資源申請和回收等核心業(yè)務(wù)流程的支持,并通過規(guī)范與其他IaaS平臺子系統(tǒng),即資源池系統(tǒng)及監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的通信接口,為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施資源的管理和監(jiān)控等功能提供方便快捷的流程化及可視化的管理操作。因此,研究的主要內(nèi)容從以下三個方面開展: 首先,調(diào)研國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出模塊化構(gòu)建IaaS平臺的理念,明確自服務(wù)系統(tǒng)在IaaS平臺建設(shè)中的地位與意義,并針對IaaS自服務(wù)系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)所需的相關(guān)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行調(diào)研分析。 其次,從系統(tǒng)用戶和業(yè)務(wù)需求兩個角度,對用戶自服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進行總體需求分析,然后,將系統(tǒng)劃分為用戶權(quán)限管理、業(yè)務(wù)流程管理以及虛擬資源管理等三大功能模塊,分別詳細闡述其功能需求。 最后,從模塊集成的角度進行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),不僅完成了用戶權(quán)限管理和業(yè)務(wù)運營管理等核心功能模塊的設(shè)計與開發(fā),并通過定義和規(guī)范與資源管理系統(tǒng)及資源監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的通信接口和協(xié)議,實現(xiàn)IaaS云管理平臺的有效整合,為用戶提供更加高效、便捷的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施資源管理服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:At present, the mainstream solution adopted by enterprises in the construction of private cloud platform is to use open source IaaS platform to realize unified management of infrastructure resources. However,Most open source platforms lack certain standards and plans for user self-service such as user access control and business operation management, so it is difficult to meet the internal management requirements of enterprises.Therefore, it is necessary to design and implement a self-service system for IaaS platform, which can not only provide unified service and management portal for users with different roles, but also bring the whole life management of resources into the management category of approval and circulation among enterprises.Moreover, it can intelligently monitor and display the key events such as physical resource load scheduling, virtual resource running state and so on.The main purpose of this study is to design and implement a user self-service system based on IaaS platform, which can provide identity authentication and authority management for different user roles, and support core business processes such as IT resource application and recovery.By standardizing the communication interface with other IaaS platform subsystems, that is, resource pool system and monitoring system, this paper provides convenient and quick flow and visual management operation for the management and monitoring of infrastructure resources.Therefore, the main contents of the study are carried out in the following three aspects:First of all, the development situation at home and abroad is investigated, the concept of modular IaaS platform is put forward, the status and significance of self-service system in the construction of IaaS platform is clarified, and the relevant key technologies for the realization of IaaS self-service system are investigated and analyzed.Secondly, from the point of view of system user and business requirement, the author analyzes the overall requirement of user self-service system, and then divides the system into three functional modules: user authority management, business process management and virtual resource management, and then the system is divided into three functional modules: user authority management, business process management and virtual resource management.The functional requirements are described in detail.Finally, the system is designed and implemented from the perspective of module integration, which not only completes the design and development of the core functional modules, such as user authority management and business operation management.Through defining and standardizing the communication interface and protocol with resource management system and resource monitoring system, the effective integration of IaaS cloud management platform is realized, which provides users with more efficient and convenient infrastructure resource management services.
