【摘要】：提出了一種基于馬爾可夫切換狀態(tài)空間控制模型的多媒體服務(wù)器集群系統(tǒng)能耗最優(yōu)控制方法.通過建立多媒體服務(wù)器集群的隨機(jī)控制模型,將能耗最優(yōu)控制描述為一個(gè)帶約束的優(yōu)化問題.結(jié)合拉格朗日乘子法和性能勢理論,提出了一種在線策略迭代算法.該優(yōu)化算法通過樣本軌道在線尋找最優(yōu)控制策略,尋找過程不需要精確的系統(tǒng)參數(shù)信息.仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了該算法的有效性.
[Abstract]:This paper presents an optimal control method for energy consumption of multimedia server cluster system based on Markov switching state space control model.By establishing a stochastic control model of multimedia server cluster, the optimal control of energy consumption is described as an optimization problem with constraints.Based on Lagrange multiplier method and performance potential theory, an online strategy iterative algorithm is proposed.In this algorithm, the optimal control strategy is found online by sample tracks, and the process of finding the optimal control strategy does not require accurate system parameter information.Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective.
