【摘要】:以電解鋁炭素生陽(yáng)極生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)為背景,綜合運(yùn)用OPC技術(shù)和工業(yè)以太網(wǎng),對(duì)如DCS、FCS、PLC和智能儀表等異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)級(jí)與接口級(jí)上的同構(gòu)化集成問(wèn)題上進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)PLC硬件與OPCServer組態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控中心與下位PLC系統(tǒng)的通信;整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)采用分散控制、集中管理的布置方式,最大程度滿(mǎn)足工藝生產(chǎn)和用戶(hù)需求。該系統(tǒng)支持開(kāi)放和通用的以太網(wǎng)、TCP/IP和相關(guān)的技術(shù),使自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)易于與MES和ERP系統(tǒng)無(wú)縫連接。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)際測(cè)試和運(yùn)行,網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成靈活、數(shù)據(jù)讀取實(shí)時(shí)性好,可靠性強(qiáng),便于系統(tǒng)升級(jí)和擴(kuò)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the production system of electrolytic aluminum carbon anode, the isomorphism integration of heterogeneous networks such as OPC and intelligent instruments at the network level and interface level is studied by using OPC technology and industrial Ethernet.The communication between the monitoring center and the lower PLC system is realized through the configuration of PLC hardware and OPCServer, and the whole network adopts decentralized control and centralized management to meet the needs of process production and users.The system supports open and universal Ethernet IP / IP and related technologies, making it easy for automation systems to seamlessly connect with MES and ERP systems.After practical test and operation, the network system is flexible, real-time data reading, strong reliability, easy to upgrade and expand the system.
