【摘要】：為提高用戶任務(wù)處理的整體速度,需對云計(jì)算環(huán)境下用戶任務(wù)調(diào)度效率進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。進(jìn)行用戶任務(wù)調(diào)度效率優(yōu)化時,應(yīng)對全部虛擬機(jī)執(zhí)行復(fù)雜任務(wù)調(diào)度所用時間進(jìn)行確定,最終確定任務(wù)調(diào)度執(zhí)行總成本目標(biāo)函數(shù),但是傳統(tǒng)方法以復(fù)雜任務(wù)與資源節(jié)點(diǎn)屬性的配合程度為準(zhǔn)則,對復(fù)雜任務(wù)進(jìn)行聚類求解完成優(yōu)化,但是不能確定任務(wù)調(diào)度執(zhí)行總成本目標(biāo)函數(shù),導(dǎo)致任務(wù)調(diào)度效率優(yōu)化時總成本較高,效果差的問題。提出一種基于蝙蝠算法的云計(jì)算環(huán)境下用戶任務(wù)調(diào)度效率優(yōu)化方法,首先獲取云計(jì)算環(huán)境下虛擬機(jī)復(fù)雜任務(wù)資源集合,組建復(fù)雜任務(wù)時間矩陣和資源調(diào)度矩陣,計(jì)算出全部虛擬機(jī)執(zhí)行復(fù)雜任務(wù)調(diào)度所用時間,結(jié)合虛擬機(jī)定價(jià)模式給出每個虛擬機(jī)時間單位成本,確定任務(wù)調(diào)度執(zhí)行總成本目標(biāo)函數(shù),引人蝙蝠理論將蝙蝠個體視為目標(biāo)函數(shù)優(yōu)化問題求解空間中的搜索體,將復(fù)雜任務(wù)分割成若干個子任務(wù),定義子任務(wù)的編號規(guī)則,并定義了適應(yīng)值函數(shù),利用優(yōu)化問題的適應(yīng)值函數(shù)評價(jià)蝙蝠個體位置的優(yōu)劣,依據(jù)評價(jià)的結(jié)果對用戶任務(wù)調(diào)度效率進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。仿真結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)方法減少了復(fù)雜任務(wù)調(diào)度的總完成時間,提高了計(jì)算資源的利用率。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the overall speed of user task processing, it is necessary to optimize the efficiency of user task scheduling in cloud computing environment. Finally, the target function of total cost of task scheduling is determined, but the traditional method is based on the coordination degree between complex tasks and resource node attributes, and the complex tasks are solved by clustering to complete the optimization. However, the objective function of total cost of task scheduling can not be determined, which leads to the problem of high total cost and poor effect in task scheduling efficiency optimization. A bat algorithm-based optimization method for user task scheduling efficiency in cloud computing environment is proposed. Firstly, the complex task resource set of virtual machine in cloud computing environment is obtained, the complex task time matrix and resource scheduling matrix are constructed, and the time used by all virtual machines to execute complex task scheduling is calculated. Combined with the pricing model of virtual machine, the unit cost of each virtual machine is given, and the objective function of total cost of task scheduling is determined. The bat theory treats bat individual as a search object in the solving space of objective function optimization problem. The complex task is divided into several subtasks, the numbering rules of the subtasks are defined, and the fitness function is defined. The fitness function of the optimization problem is used to evaluate the position of the bat individual. According to the evaluation results, the efficiency of user task scheduling is optimized. The simulation results show that the improved method reduces the total completion time of complex task scheduling and improves the utilization of computing resources.
