互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)與評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)在國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)計(jì)界飛速發(fā)展,業(yè)界公認(rèn)的“Ajax之父”Jesse James Garrett在2000年3月提出的用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)要素已無(wú)法完全適應(yīng)現(xiàn)有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程。另外,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品業(yè)界尚無(wú)統(tǒng)一清晰的量化方法來(lái)評(píng)估用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。鑒于此,論文首先闡述了用戶體驗(yàn)的定義,分析了Garrett提出的用戶體驗(yàn)要素具體內(nèi)容,描述了現(xiàn)有的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)流程,給出用戶體驗(yàn)度定義。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析用戶體驗(yàn)要素的局限性。針對(duì)該局限性,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)流程,從用戶體驗(yàn)的角度提出了新的用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)模型,分為六個(gè)等級(jí):目標(biāo)級(jí)(Aim)、期望級(jí)(Anticipation)、任務(wù)級(jí)(Assignment)、行為級(jí)(Action)、外觀級(jí)(Appearence)、活躍級(jí)(Animation),簡(jiǎn)稱為6A模型。 以6A模型為基礎(chǔ),將定量研究方法層次分析法和德?tīng)柗品ńY(jié)合起來(lái),通過(guò)專家調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)等步驟,得出了一致性較好的專家集中意見(jiàn),推導(dǎo)出用戶體驗(yàn)評(píng)估公式。并進(jìn)一步分析,確定了用戶體驗(yàn)度閾值,可用來(lái)評(píng)估互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品用戶體驗(yàn)的好壞程度。 隨后根據(jù)6A模型進(jìn)行了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)品新一代金融交易終端的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,期望在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中提高產(chǎn)品的用戶體驗(yàn)效果。交易終端設(shè)計(jì)完成后,通過(guò)對(duì)目標(biāo)用戶的問(wèn)卷調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),得出了信度效度都良好的用戶調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),并使用論文推導(dǎo)出的用戶體驗(yàn)評(píng)估公式計(jì)算新一代金融交易終端的用戶體驗(yàn)度得分,對(duì)比論文分析出的用戶體驗(yàn)度閾值,得出產(chǎn)品有較好的用戶體驗(yàn)度的結(jié)論,驗(yàn)證了采用6A模型進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品能有較好的用戶體驗(yàn)效果。 論文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、對(duì)比分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、層次分析法、德?tīng)柗品ā?wèn)卷的信度分析、效度分析,以及其他統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法,將定性方法和定量方法結(jié)合使用,期望得到更有價(jià)值的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In view of the limitation of user experience , a new user experience design model is proposed in this paper , which is divided into six grades : Aim , Appearence , Animation , and 6A . Based on the model of 6A , the quantitative research method is combined with Delphi method . Through expert investigation , data statistics and so on , the expert concentrated opinions with good consistency are obtained , and the user experience evaluation formula is derived . Furthermore , the user experience degree threshold is determined , which can be used to evaluate the quality of the user experience of the Internet product . Then , according to the design practice of the new generation financial transaction terminal of Internet financial products according to the 6A model , the user experience effect of the product is expected to be improved in the design process . After the design of the transaction terminal is completed , the user experience degree scores of the new generation financial transaction terminal are calculated through the questionnaire investigation and the data statistics of the target user , and the user experience degree threshold value of the new generation financial transaction terminal is calculated by using the user experience evaluation formula derived from the paper , and the conclusion that the product has better user experience degree is obtained , and the product designed by the 6A model is verified to have better user experience effect . The paper mainly adopts the literature research method , the comparative analysis method , the questionnaire method , the analytic hierarchy process , the Delphi method , the reliability analysis of the questionnaire , the validity analysis , and other statistical methods , combines the qualitative method with the quantitative method , and hopes to get more valuable research conclusion .
