基于直覺模糊理論的信任評估方法研究

【摘要】:隨著P2P網絡、電子商務、社會網絡、移動商務等大規(guī)模開放式應用系統(tǒng)的普及和發(fā)展,開放式網絡環(huán)境已成為人們分享資源、購物、社交活動、服務推薦等在線交互活動的重要平臺和工具。然而,開放式網絡環(huán)境具有模糊性、隨機性和不確定性的特點,使用戶在選擇目標實體交互時面臨了諸多風險。在這種不確定的網絡環(huán)境下,傳統(tǒng)的基于CA,PKI等技術的靜態(tài)安全機制難以適應這種環(huán)境的需求。由于網絡實體的匿名性和自治性,每個評估實體必須評估其它目標實體的可信性,并且選擇最可信的實體進行交互。因此,設計有效的信任評估機制,在指導用戶選擇合適的交互對象、提高合作成功率、評估陌生實體、保障開放式計算系統(tǒng)的順利運行等方面,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。然而,現(xiàn)有開放式網絡環(huán)境下的多數信任模型尚未完善,主要存在以下四個問題:(1)不能很好刻畫信任的模糊性和不確定性特點;(2)對不誠實推薦、夸大、詆毀等惡意行為的免疫力不夠;(3)信任傳遞經常忽視路徑信任質量的影響;(4)不能有效處理異質推薦信息。為了解決上述問題,論文將直覺模糊理論引入到信任建模的研究中來。作為傳統(tǒng)模糊集的擴展,直覺模糊集能夠更加細膩地刻畫信任的模糊性和不確定性。本文研究基于直覺模糊理論的信任評估方法,包括基于直覺模糊信息的信任表示、獲取、分配、傳遞、決策、惡意行為抵制和異質信息處理等內容,具有重要的理論和實踐意義。具體工作如下:(1)提出了一種集成直覺模糊信息的激勵自適應信任模型。為了激勵提供可信服務的實體,懲罰不良行為實體,該模型結合服務持續(xù)性強度和時間衰減因子,給出了實體直接信任直覺模糊數的計算方法;同時利用實體的推薦可信度和行為一致性過濾不誠實推薦行為。除此之外,為了克服綜合信任聚合計算中權重確定較主觀的問題,給出了一種新的自適應權重分配方法。仿真實驗表明,該模型在提高實體服務積極性和抑制惡意欺詐行為中,都有較好的適應性、靈敏性和有效性。(2)提出了一種基于直覺模糊信息的多維反饋信任模型。該模型以電子商務環(huán)境為背景,給出了定量和定性兩類信任反饋信息集成為直覺模糊數的方法。通過直覺模糊熵確定屬性權重,并利用直覺加權算數平均算子求出實體的綜合直覺模糊數,從而全面地、客觀地反映了信任的模糊性和不確定性。在上述方法的基礎上,引入風險偏好因子,研究了消費者風險偏好對信任評估的影響。實例和仿真實驗表明,基于直覺模糊信息的多維反饋信任評估方法是可行的;通過對風險偏好因子的靈敏度分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)服務請求者的風險偏好不同,則評估的服務提供商的信任得分也不同;同時也驗證了該方法可以有效地抑制惡意節(jié)點的攻擊,為電子商務環(huán)境下信任評價的研究提供了新思路。(3)設計了一種基于直覺模糊理論的多元信任傳遞模型。為了解決復雜網絡中陌生實體信任評估問題,同時避免信任傳遞中信任不確定性的丟失問題,該模型討論了直覺模糊環(huán)境下基本的信任傳播算子和聚合算子;經過綜合考慮路徑長度和信任質量對信任聚合的影響,研究了兩種加權信任聚合算子,給出了基于社會網絡分析的路徑信任質量計算方法。仿真實驗表明,與已有模型相比,路徑長度和信任質量混合加權聚合策略在信任度量準確性方面有較大提高。(4)構建了一種基于區(qū)間直覺模糊信息的異質推薦信任模型。該模型采用區(qū)間直覺模糊數表示信任,針對推薦信息的異構性,給出了基于異質信息的信任區(qū)間直覺模糊數的獲取方法,從而較全面地刻畫了評價信息的主觀性和模糊性。為了避免推薦者主觀賦權帶來的二次不確定性,給出了基于原始評價信息的熵權法。考慮到推薦者知識背景的差異性,提出了信心區(qū)間直覺模糊加權平均集成算子及其定理和性質,并利用基于信心的集成算子計算綜合信任直覺模糊信息。最后,通過一個移動商務供應商的信任評估實例驗證該模型的有效性和合理性。
[Abstract]:With the P2P network, e-commerce, social network, the development and popularization of mobile commerce and other large-scale open application system, open network environment has become the people to share resources, shopping, social activities, an important platform and tool service recommendation online interactive activities. However, the open network environment is fuzzy, random and not the uncertainty characteristics, so that users face a lot of risk in the selection of the target entity interactions. In this uncertain network environment, CA based on the traditional static security mechanism of PKI technology cannot meet the environmental requirements. Because the network entity anonymity and autonomy, the credibility of each evaluation entity must evaluate other target entities the interact and choose the most trusted entities. Therefore, the trust evaluation mechanism is effective in design, guide the users to choose the appropriate interactive object, improve the success rate of cooperation, Evaluation of strange entities, open computing system guarantee smooth operation, has important practical significance. However, most of the existing trust model in open network environment is not perfect, there are mainly four problems: (1) can not describe the characteristic of fuzziness and uncertainty of trust; (2) to exaggerate dishonest recommendation, slander and other malicious acts of immunity is not enough; (3) effects of trust transfer often ignore path trust quality; (4) can not effectively deal with heterogeneous information recommendation. In order to solve the above problems, the intuitionistic fuzzy theory is introduced to study the trust modeling in the past. As the expansion of traditional fuzzy sets, fuzzy of intuitionistic fuzzy sets can be more delicate portrait of trust and uncertainty. The trust evaluation method based on intuitionistic fuzzy theory, including intuitionistic fuzzy information representation based on trust, acquisition, distribution, transmission, The decision, malicious boycott and heterogeneous information processing, has important theoretical and practical significance. The specific work is as follows: (1) the paper puts forward an integrated intuitionistic fuzzy information incentive model adaptive trust. In order to provide credible service incentive entities, punish bad behavior entity, the model combined with the attenuation factor of strength and continuous service time gives the entity direct trust calculating method of fuzzy number intuitionistic; while using recommendation credibility and behavior consistency filtering entity dishonest recommendation behavior. In addition, in order to overcome the comprehensive trust aggregation calculation is a subjective matter in determining the weights, presents a new method of adaptive weight distribution. Simulation results show that the the model in improving the entity service enthusiasm and inhibit malicious fraud, have better adaptability, flexibility and effectiveness. (2) proposed a model based on intuition Multidimensional fuzzy information feedback trust model. The model is based on the background of e-commerce, information integration method for intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is given the quantitative and qualitative analysis of two types of trust. Through the feedback of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy to determine attribute weights, and calculated the comprehensive entity using intuitionistic fuzzy number intuitionistic weighted arithmetic average operator, thus comprehensively, objectively reflects the fuzziness of trust and uncertainty. Based on the above method, the introduction of risk factor, study the influence consumers' risk preference on trust evaluation. Examples and simulation experiments, multidimensional intuitionistic fuzzy information feedback based on trust evaluation method is feasible; based on the sensitivity analysis of risk factor. Find the service requester different risk preferences, trust score evaluation service providers are different; the results also show that the method can effectively suppress the malicious node The point of attack, and provides a new idea for the evaluation of trust in e-commerce environment. (3) the design of a multi trust transfer model based on intuitionistic fuzzy theory. In order to solve the complex network strange entity trust evaluation problem, while avoiding the trust transfer of trust and uncertainty of the loss problem, the model of trust is discussed the basic propagator and aggregation operators under intuitionistic fuzzy environment; after considering the path length and affect the quality of the trust trust aggregation, study two kinds of weighted trust aggregation operator is given to calculate the path of trust quality based on social network analysis method. Simulation results show that compared with the existing models, improved path length and trust the quality of the mixed weighted aggregation strategy measure accuracy in terms of trust. (4) to construct a based on interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy information recommendation trust model. The model of heterogeneity The interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers to recommend trust, heterogeneous information, method for the trust interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers based on heterogeneous information is given, so as to comprehensively characterize the evaluation information of subjectivity and fuzziness. In order to avoid the presenter at the two subjective uncertainty, given the entropy method to evaluate the original based on the information. Considering the differences of the recommended knowledge background, the confidence interval intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator and its integration theorems and properties, and the use of integrated operator confidence calculation based on intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive trust information. Finally, through the trust evaluation instance of a mobile commerce provider verified the validity and rationality of the model.
