【摘要】：由于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)步伐的加快對風(fēng)險管理也提出了較高的要求,項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理的研究也逐漸引起了人們的關(guān)注。通過實(shí)踐發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的多變性、獨(dú)特性的特點(diǎn),使得項(xiàng)目的不確定性較高,風(fēng)險較易發(fā)生。同時橋梁工程由于結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計復(fù)雜、規(guī)模大、工期長,施工過程中風(fēng)險更易發(fā)生,且風(fēng)險一旦出現(xiàn),將會帶來不可預(yù)估的損失,因此加強(qiáng)橋梁項(xiàng)目的施工風(fēng)險管理,不僅可以保障項(xiàng)目的順利建設(shè),同時還有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,具有十分重要的意義。本文首先本查閱了大量國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,了解了風(fēng)險管理的基本理論和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,掌握國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對風(fēng)險管理的研究概況,本文基于項(xiàng)目管理的風(fēng)險管理的知識體系和方法工具,以XYY橋梁施工工程項(xiàng)目的施工為背景,首先運(yùn)用風(fēng)險識別的方法對施工工程項(xiàng)目的施工管理進(jìn)行識別,根據(jù)風(fēng)險的程度進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險分類,在風(fēng)險分類的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用專家評價的方法以,從風(fēng)險的可能性和嚴(yán)重程度進(jìn)行了評價,針對XYY橋梁施工工程項(xiàng)目的施工風(fēng)險的評價結(jié)果,根據(jù)風(fēng)險的影響程度和風(fēng)險的類別,確定了風(fēng)險應(yīng)對的策略,并針對YY橋梁施工工程項(xiàng)目的施工風(fēng)險的分析評估結(jié)果,結(jié)合施工的特點(diǎn),提出了進(jìn)行風(fēng)險控制的對策方案。論文的研究表明,風(fēng)險管理是工程施工項(xiàng)目的不可或缺的工作,可以有效地把握項(xiàng)目的施工風(fēng)險,降低風(fēng)險損失,施工項(xiàng)目的順利完成。本文的研究的項(xiàng)目施工風(fēng)險管理,不僅對YY橋梁工程項(xiàng)目的施工管理具有參考價值,對類似的橋梁施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險控制了具有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid development of our economy, the rapid pace of infrastructure construction has put forward higher requirements for risk management, and the research of project risk management has gradually attracted people's attention. Because of its unique characteristics, the uncertainty of the project is high and the risk is easy to occur. At the same time, because of the complex structure design, the large scale, the long construction period, the risk in the construction process is more easy to occur, and once the risk appears, It will bring unpredictable losses. Therefore, strengthening the construction risk management of bridge projects can not only guarantee the smooth construction of the projects, but also have certain economic benefits. First of all, this paper consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literature, understood the basic theory and development of risk management, grasped the domestic and foreign scholars' research survey of risk management, In this paper, based on the knowledge system and method tools of risk management in project management, taking the construction of XYY bridge construction project as the background, firstly, the method of risk identification is used to identify the construction management of construction project. According to the degree of risk, risk classification is carried out. On the basis of risk classification, expert evaluation method is used to evaluate the possibility and severity of risk, and the evaluation result of construction risk of XYY bridge construction project is given. According to the influence degree of risk and the type of risk, the strategy of risk response is determined, and according to the analysis and evaluation result of construction risk of YY bridge construction project, combined with the characteristics of construction, The research of this paper shows that risk management is the indispensable work of the engineering construction project, which can effectively grasp the construction risk of the project and reduce the risk loss. The project construction risk management studied in this paper not only has reference value for YY bridge project construction management, but also has certain reference value for similar bridge construction project risk control.
