散貨海港泊位分配及裝卸設(shè)備調(diào)度協(xié)同優(yōu)化研究

大宗貨物需求的日益增長趨勢促使包括散貨海港在內(nèi)的港口提高效率。2015年7月新加坡港的石油吞吐量創(chuàng)了新高并導(dǎo)致了港區(qū)的擁堵,中國和澳大利亞的港口由于煤炭進出口需求的增大面臨著同樣的問題。因此,有必要通過開發(fā)數(shù)學(xué)優(yōu)化模型以提高港口作業(yè)的效率。本論文研究目的是通過開發(fā)泊位分配及裝卸設(shè)備調(diào)度協(xié)同優(yōu)化模型以提高散貨海港的作業(yè)效率。針對離散泊位布局,本文既考慮船舶在碼頭的停靠位置(泊位分配),又根據(jù)貨物的類型做出裝卸設(shè)備調(diào)度的決策,以最小化船舶在港靠泊時間。所構(gòu)建的數(shù)學(xué)優(yōu)化模型考慮了不同裝卸設(shè)備(如輸送帶、管道、抓斗起重機和水泥設(shè)施)的具體作業(yè)效率;趯嶋H港口的案例研究表明,該模型合理分配了專用泊位、專用裝卸設(shè)備,顯著減少了在港靠泊時間和擁堵。本文同時針對港口可持續(xù)性和韌性的概念開展了系統(tǒng)性的文獻綜述,為港口建設(shè)具備可持續(xù)性的系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了經(jīng)驗和建議。
